Hi all......I haven't been on for a while so thought I would say hello!:hello:
Am still going ok but after 6 weeks I am beginning to feel more tempted:o Have lost a stone so far but want to be lighter!!!! Noone has commented at all so far  although I do notice a difference.....
Next stage is to up the exercise!!!
I want to go out on my bike but am waiting for the evenings to get a bit lighter .......it won't be long...I have even been feeling it is nearly spring......I always think slimming gets easier as it gets warmer as you can have more bbqs with salads, steaks etc. I am a green convert in winter but find red easier in the summer:D
Think of all those slinky clothes we can wear this summer if we stick with it;)
I normally feel so paranoid when the weather gets warmer. I actually keep long sleeved clothing on and feel hot rather than expose my chunky white arms:rotfl:
Now there's an admission......... This summer I want to be slim and proud not fat and hot:D0 -
Well it was not a gain but a loss of 1.5 lbs  (12lbs in total), I am totally amazed, and it just shows you can have a bad week occasionally and still lose weight if majority of time you stick to slimming world principles.Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0

I'e made the chicken jamboree from the One Pot recipe book and again this was delicious (if anyone wants the recipe, again please let me know).
Has anyone made the lamb and turnip rogan josh from the same book. My group rave about this recipe, but I'm not sure what to have with it if anything. Any ideas?Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -
Right am going to have a EE day tomorrow - here is my menu plan - please let me know if this will work on EE plan

Does this sound ok? I still cannot believe how much you can eat of this plan - I just need to curb my evening alcohol intake now - and swap old bad habits for new good ones!
Will focus on my holiday in May - I have loads of lovely summer clothes that I cannot fit into at the moment.0 -
Hi, Well done on all your losses and maintains.
I was a member of SW till last year when I left as I had a foot op and have consequently put on 1st over the last 5 months (inc Christmas) because of eating 'normally' and lack of excercise and doc says I most probably wont be fully fit till 12 months have passed  although I'm doing some walking and exercising on the wii fit board when I'm able.
OH and I have now started the SW diet again and have so far lost 1/2 stone each by going over the books/mags I have. Looking through my sheets I've got a syn fee meal of Mashed Potato pizza but I cannot find a copy of how to cook it! I know you made the base from insant mash (1/2 qty water) but when I tried it, it was very soggy and not very appetising (although OH loved it). Can anyone help me with the recipe?
Very grateful if you can.
I'm still catching up, if this wasn't posted, let me know (PM) and I'll pop it up for you.....Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -
