Thanks for the explanation!
Can I clarify ?
So I can mix free foods for Red and Green days for every meal (eg chicken, Bacon, sweetcorn, potatoes and peas in one meal) for that day but only choose 1 A and B choice per day if EE is in play and count any syns at the lower syn value if having a EE day ? This seems very flexible - does it have any effect on the speed of your weight loss? Would it not slwo it down ?
TBH I always struggled to use 2HE A and B choices per day anyway so this sounds like it could actually work better for mel if I understood it correctly.0 -

That is correct Mrs O, and yes we have had some very good losses in our group on EE. On the weeks when I actually stick to the plan I also lose on it. I do think if you are going the EE route you have to stick to it 100% as it isn't as forgiving as red and green days are! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Thats ok northernlass, I think where it might of confused you is that on a green day you can have 28g of cheese as a B choice. So in effect if you were on EE you can have your milk or cheese as your A choice then have cheese again as your B choice!:j But it still works out to 1 A and 1B..... confusing isn't it!

Evening all,
I've gained 2lb this week, ho hum. I'm not sure I'm really bothered which is worrying. Then OH has been ill and I've been knackered so perhaps it's not all bad.
3lb off in 7 weeks, not great....They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
