A damp an d drizzly day here
today I am at the zoo with a 'pack' of 6/7 yo as its a birthday party :eek:
Today is green:
B 0% yog with banana and blackberries
L at the zoo - I am hoping that jacket and beans will be available - can't see why not :rolleyes:
D cous cous with chicken (B) tagine, chickpeas and apricots (B)
syn: alcohol this evening, and whatever I *actually* find myself eating at the zoo...:rolleyes:0 -

Its a 'stay in control' thing...
lets say you are off to an all-you-can-eat Thai buffet...There are several ways of approaching this:
1. stay on plan, limit your choices - you may feel deprived, and end up eating whole loaves of bread with nutella later that evening...
2. eat what you want blowing gazillions of syns and not giving a hoot
3. flexible syns... think carefully about what you are eating before you go, and set yourself a realistic syns 'limit' - you could allow yourself 40 syns, or 80 syns, whatever... when you get to the restaurant, keep in mind your target and *don't stop counting* - you are allowed the syns you have allocated yourself. 99/100 this will have you eating less syns that in you had followed (2), and you won't feel deprived, but you should feel great because you set yourself a goal and stuck to it - you stayed in control!:T

Ive been reading this thread for a couple of days now and i think your all support each other wonderfully! .. I havnt joined a class so dont have any of the books but would like to do it from home,
Ive read a bit about EE so ive been trying to follow that since tuesday ...
I did do WW before and lost 27lb but regained around a stone, I just cant get my head round weighing and pointing anymore! i hate feeling hungry! ...
so im trying SW ... if i write out my menu i was hoping somone could look over it for me ,...
2 bread and 2 boiled eggs (breakfast and heb)
ham salad and mugshot
beef cassarole veggies and pots
snacks nana and 2 mullers
syns alpen light 3 and gravy 4

Had a 100% RED day yesterday (with 8 syns)! :eek: Not like me and I wasn't hungry at all!! :j
Another one today - had yoghurt and fruit salad for brekkie, gammon & egg for lunch and Quorn meatballs with 2xHEb SW wedges for dinner before I fgo out to archery practice! YUM!0 -
