Hi all,
I'm planning to rejoin SW tomorrow for the third time, the talk of all this digital stuff is worrying me though. My job has me working long and sometimes odd hours and I usually head to the group that's closest to work although sometimes it's easier for me to go the one closer to home. What I want to know is with the digital thing can I still do this or do I have to go to the same group every week? Sorry if I'm being thick, but it would be good to know before I head out tomorrow!
ThanksJust because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p

Because it's all computerised it will, in fact, be easier for you to swap and change your group without having to explain yourself all the time
For anyone worrying, please don't! The biggest change will be for the Consultant and is intended to make her (or his) work quicker and easier. It is meant to make the weekly paperwork so much quicker as there will be no signing in of members, and therefore no checking and rechecking, counting the pounds lost (or gained) and no wondering if the member has come to the end of their Countdown etc. All these things will be done and the figures will just 'pop up' in headquarters without us having to work on them..........or so they sayI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Fantastic! Thank you, I feel so much better about going now, maybe third time lucky? heheJust because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p

Ah, well... My group is digital, but when I weighed in at another digital group whilst away from home I had to sign up on another digital card. So I now have two cards - the consultant said the cards are group-specific and can't be used across different groups.0 -
Just wanted to shared a delicious discovery....
... I had some leftover vanilla and almond chickpea cake and decided to try toasting it thinly with a little low fat spread - OMG! It's takes like toasted brioche. Mmmmmmmmm!!!0 -
Good evening all
I don't have my sw mag with me - could someone remind me which of the John West light lunches is mentioned as having low syns? All the ones i can find on the site are 5 1/2 and over - the mag said one of them is only 2 1/2 syns I think.
Also, do any of you clever people know an alternative recipe for batter/breadcrumbs that I can coat a piece of cod with? (had to write that very carefully):D
