Well done Angie, you must be so chuffed to get to target. :j:j

Well done CPM and all the other losers too :j:j

I also lost another 1 lb this week. Im following Marion and Ossiero and writing everything down this week. I also have fallen in the trap, that I think I know the plan inside out i have become a bit lazy, I forget about the syns like spread on my toast by the end of the day. These little nibbles add up, my mum used to allways say to me when she catch me in the kitchen late at night ' Little pickers wear bigger knickers' It always stuck with me when I find my self hovering in the kitchen and not actually cooking anything.

My Oh bought us a Wii fit, so ive been busy on that since yesterday, its so much fun. I was on it for half and hour this morning and really got my heart rate up. Im going to try and do at least an half hour every day to start with and try and get to the gym a couple of times. Im so close to target but I need an extra push.

    This is what I got:

//33 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy 63 Syns per package/portion on Green 33 Syns per package/portion on Original - thats per 1000g so per 100g = 3.3 syns on EE or red.

Thanks everyone. I am now very confused Kandipandi but I prefer the answer you were given. ;) Anybody else care to put me right on this please?

I was going to use a big blob of it (not 100g worth) on, say, a meringue with fruit as a dessert.
