Yeah, I got caught out with Lidl yogurt last week. Pack of 4 125g pots for about 38p, 0.2% fat - works out at 3 syns per pot! Gutted.

Have to give them to the other half now. Either that or mix some natural fat free fromage frais and fruit into it to make it go further.

Really disappointed, as I though 0.2% would be (not very much at) all!

Edited - didn't realise the word beginning with b and ending in ugger would be taken out!
    Hi 4li5on
Did you do the calculator or get the actual syns online, as i did asda cottage cheese using the calculator and it came back as a massive amount, but i was reasured it was free.

Anybody tried that Greek Style Yoghourt from Lidl? It's in a BIG 1000g pot and the make is Eridanous. It says 10% fat on the container in large letters.
    I thought "oh well, double cream is 50% fat ... so it's a saving!!:o :p - See my logic??)

I have just checked on the SW site & it's coming up at 6.5 syns per 100g. Can this be right?

    100g = 126 cal
    Protein 5g
    Carbs 2.8g
    Fat 10.5g

    This is what I got:

//33 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy 63 Syns per package/portion on Green 33 Syns per package/portion on Original - thats per 1000g so per 100g = 3.3 syns on EE or red.

My mum made one the other week, I'll go try dig it out for you! i have to say though, it was absolutely disgusting! But maybe it just wasn't to my taste

    xx

PS Hii Northernlass!! :hello: It's so much busier over here I'm sure you'll find it more helpful - but hold onto your hats, cause it don't half move fast! ;)
  • Yup I do! :D

1/2 pot quark, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 pot very low fat fromage frais (or whatever the free version is these days) and seasoning - stir over a very low heat (I do it on no.2 of 6 on my hob) while macaroni is cooking. Mix with macaroni, and top with a Healthy A grated cheese. :T

I lost 2lbs this week! :j Really happy, although I suspect I'm a week behind as I didn't have a brilliant one this week (ok, but towards the higher amount of syns I'd normally have) so have to try super hard this week to make sure it doesn't catch up on me. I'm 3lbs off having lost a stone - realistically I hope to get that in 2 weeks, not next week as dad is coming up to stay with me this weekend and I'm not 100% sure how many syns I will be having this weekend. I'm aiming for 1.5 to 2lbs this week :T
  • oooohhh - think I forgot to post yesterday with my weightloss, I'm 2lbs down this week! :D Only takes me to 6lbs overall though, and that's since the 5th of jan = but it's better off than on!!

Anyway - I'm off to catch up properly on the thread - back soon.....

    xx

No, they weren't listed in the directory or on the online directory, so I used the online calculator. Thought it seemed a bit high, but I checked it 3 times.

Not much from Aldi or Lidl are on the directories really, which is a shame.

Very well done, you deserve it.

Can any one let me have the password or the syn value of Actimel 0.1% drink?

I am struggling - each day I start off OK, then at about 5 I have a baddddddd hour, it's been like this for the last few weeks.
