Oh dear, really messed up tonight - ate a chunky kit kat!

Thing was I didn't really enjoy it, do you think i could actually be going off chocolate, (that won't last)!

I find the diet really good, but the only thing I struggle with is not having sweet things to nibble. I don't eat dairy though I do try to force a few yogurts down & there's only so much fruit you can eat.

I've made 3 rice puds this week which has helped lots.

Must get back on track tomorrow:o

I often mix both these , half & half , when making a bolognaise sauce or chilli con carne. This works really well as you get the flavour of the beef with the health advantages of the Quorn.
I realise this is no good for vegetarians, though !

I have been doing this lately too, but only because since EE came on the scene I needed to use up my freezer drawer full of quorn - I don't really like it but ate it on green days:o

Something I have been doing lately is when I see whoopsied stewing steak or brisket going really cheap is buying it, cooking it in the Remoska, letting it go cold then chopping it up very very small in my food processor:D. Tasted great in cottage pies, lasagna that sort of thing. Very meaty taste and not as fatty as even lean mince!:j

    Morning

I stuck to my meal plan yesterday and was doing well until I went to visit my OH parents, they fed me HUGE scones and pancakes with an inch of butter on each, it of been impolite not to eat them. The thing is they know im doing SW but they think I look fine and a wee treat wont hurt. So im off to the gym with my dad today. id rather go swimming as I love swimming, but the weather is putting me off.

Going to have an EE day

Brekkie - 5 stack of Marions syn free pancakes with banana ans a tsp of golden syrup (free + 1 1/2 syn) cuppa with milk using HEB

mid morning going to have a yoghurt and a couple of slices of melon for gym energy

Lunch - (after gym) mug shot and egg sandwich using the Asda egg mayo (heb + free)

Dinner - Turkey stir fry with garlic, chilli and lemon with noodles (again ) free

snacks - melon, apple, plums, yoghurts and loads of water. rest of milk in Tea through the day.

Im going to try and have no more syns to make up for all the naughties Ive had through the week.
