    V. helpful peachy!! I don't think I am drinking enough water as I do all green days and uh...definitely do feel a bit 'bunged up' as you put it :p:p
I wish I could find quark!! I was in asda the other day and spent a good 5 mins looking for it :@
I am getting hideously bogged down with complicated maths that I am terrible at, but I am resisting the biscuits/haribo that used to accompany these hard study sessions!!
I am also getting very worried about weigh in, I don't know I just don't think I've lost weight even though I've stuck to plan 100% and tried really hard, but I suppose there is no use worrying, will just have to wait and see and whatever the result I have made positive changes - eating more fruit and veg and just generally being healthier.

    Green day:
Breakfast: 2 cups of tea + apple
Breakfast/snack after my first lecture and I'd woken up a bit -Weetabix and milk (HEA + HEb)
Lunch: Jacket potato and cottage cheese, clementine
Dinner: Quorn spaghetti bolognaise with HEb of cheese, brown pasta, peas, sweetcorn and broccoli. Muller and grapes for after

so HEAs = Milk on cereal and in tea
    HEb = Weetabix and Cheese

Syns later will inevitably be 2 ginger nut biscuits (4 syns) and a jaffa cake (3 syns) OR hot chocolate and milk (11 syns)
jemma , go to the customer services at asda and ask if they can help you , in tesco they can look up any item in the store on there computer , also i was in asda tueday and they keep it by the cheese section .
Your not the only one who beats themself up coming up to weighing day everyone dose :grouphug: , so don't worry , but i am a belever in hitting the water or like i do the diet soda water ( lemon or lime ) and keeping a bottle by the kettle & were you sit and drinking as much as i can ,i also have hot lemon& sweetner at night to help flush me out , peachy xxx

Also sorry just to add in does anyone know a slimming world friendly Tomato Soup recipe that i could make?

    Thanks :)

Hope you like this one, it's one of my favourites:-

TOMATO & BASIL SOUP(Syn Free on both plans)

    500mls passata
    1 red onion
    1 red pepper
    1 clove of garlic
    1 pint of veg stock
    Seasoning
    1 teaspoon of sweetener
Lots of fresh basil (must be fresh)

Fry the onion and pepper gently in Fry light until they are soft. Add crushed garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Add the sweetener, passata and stock then simmer for about 20 minutes or until it looks a bit thicker. Add about half a plant of basil.
Season well then blend it until it is smooth.
Just before serving, stir in a tablespoon of VLF natural yoghurt, this makes it really creamy, but it is fine without.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Thanks for all the recipes guys they are great.

For dinner tonight i did a pasta in sauce and cooked up green beans and 1/2 an onion, bunged it in the oven for a bit and grated a bit of cheese on top and it was so lovely.

There was enough for 2 average portions but I did eat the whole lot myself (in 2 sittings) :o

Oh my gosh I am fit to burst!
Had a very delicious quorn pasta bolognaise baked the oven with 28g cheese on top. I forgot how filling (and tasty!) wholemeal pasta is, and had it served with loads of peas and sweetcorn and broccoli.
Following peachy's earlier advice, I am trying to wash it all down with copious amounts of water to try and get it through my system.
Grapes and a clementine and maybe a Muller will follow when there is room..
    Yum yum!
