OK - so today's plan (since I'm 2/3 of the way through, methinks it's safe to call!
)
b: Banana, Activia Yoghurt (they are free aren't they?)
l: Sandwich (WM Bread (HEB), Flora extra light (1 Syn), Cold meat ham (free), low-fat cheese slice (1/2 HEA) ), Nectarine (Free), HM Soup (Free).
(Massive lunch I know, but I'm going to the gym straight from work, and kinda struggle for energy if I haven't eaten enough at lunchtime)
d: SW Burger on a WM Roll (HEB) low-fat cheese slice (1/2 HEA), Salad (Free), Tom Ketchup (2 Syns)
snack: 250mls s/skimmed milk
Plus, the plan is to go to bodyattack straight from work - so being later home, and later having dinner, should stop me snacking later on!

which ones are you having?
My low syn book has different syn values for different flavours but it's an old one so it doesn't include the newer ones (ie the layered ones which I think are 3)"Stay Wonky":D

Oh dear I thought they were free!
It's the fruits of the forrest fat free one - but they're not layered, so not the newer ones - anyone know how many syns are in them? (***** Crosses fingers it's not astrnomical - they were nice - but not worth a gazillion syns******)
