Dumb question - what's a Mug Shot??
Argh I have just woken up after having an nap with my hot water bottle I am soooo cold the heating isn't on here (and we have no control over turning it on :rolleyes:) and whever I nap and wake up I NEED something sugary. I'd love a couple of bisuits but I really want my syns later for my chocolate pud worth all 15 syns.:(
This isn't going to go away. I think I will eat some weetabix, I still have an A and a B. if I am hungry later I will either try and ignore it, as I won't be feeling so funny, or I will have another bowl of weetabix and atleast it isn't chocolate.0 -
ooohhhh - I'm hungry!
No food on me, and it'll be 6.30 before I have my tea!

WI today though, so I suppose it's no mans land between this week and next. Don't know why I'm hungry though, I've drunk 7 glasses of water today, and I had a decent lunch0 -

I nearly did that with the biccis earlier, vacated the kitchen quick sharpish! Knew if I stayed there I would have eaten loads...can't just have 1! I ended up making a quiche instead and have been picking at that instead.Starting weight 14 stone 13 1/2lb

The cold makes me very hungry too!! Normally for stodge - so had lots of green days.
I made curried butternut squash soup for my lunch and it was really nice and filled me up. Was a bit heavy handed with the curry powder but hopefully it's helped to keep me warm :rotfl:
I'm at work and only have fruit left now..... roll on 5.30 and home.

I went to the gym today and did an hour and a half workout doing all the machines and weights. I really enjoyed myself, I thought it would be hell but my Dad knows what hes talking about and kept me right and encouraged me. Ill be aiming to go twice next week if my mum will have my 2 tiny terrors.
Im off to have my healthy turkey stirfry and try and keep from opening the bottle of wine.
Ive also par baked loads of potatoes so if the munchies hit me later ill pop on some SW chilli chips with a fromage frais dip.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
I think I'm going to make a big batch of soup in the slow cooker tomorrow. I've got loads of bags of soup mix pulses, barley, lentils etc.

argh argh I am literally holding on by a thread here.I have had all my HEs and 9 syns.
I am trying to convince myself to hold on and have a big free dinner rather than pizza :mad:
Edit: Got me free chips on the go now, hope I don't burn them this time. Will have it with THREE quorn sausages, beans and sweetcorn.
Can't see how that is less calories than a pizza.. but not for me to decide I suppose0
