Isn't it hard having to follow this plan with treats in the house. If I lived alone I would just not buy the naughty stuff but i have 4 boys who want the odd packet of crisps and choc biscuit and i cant deprive them just because i am on a diet. You can stand there and agonize........
Till your agony's your heaviest load. (Emily Saliers)0 -
Mmm I wish I had some bananas, I could have a serving of custard with a banana (my childhood pudding) for only 8 syns for the custard powder I have! mmmm
If I have the semolina, it'll keep until I next want it, if i have the choco pud it will sit there in the fridge glaring at me until I eat the next 2/3s!
I will wait until 9pm, do my washing up, then decide!
All this stuff is in the house because I was very angry one day and very hungry and went to the big asda and bought a load of crap I really don't want!0 -

I buy crisps and biscuits for my husband but I get things I can have as treats too so I'm not tempted to pinch his. My favourite is jaffa cakes and if you get Asda or Tesco's own they're only 2 sysn rather than 2.5 for McVities ones. I also have snack size Dairy Milk which is 4 syns for the 4 pieces in it so sorts my choc cravings out0 -
