Thanks Kandi - have taken it out then - its been in 25mins! Manual whisking hurts your arm! Can't wait to get the whisk attachment for my blender! :rotfl:0

After my terrible weigh in i called into Asda and got some whoopsies rump steak for 80p, some prawns for 60p& some beef for 90p, I was dead pleased.
Came home and cooked up some Batchelors savory rice and added all the prawns in! It was lovely and very filling.
Topped that off with a big bowl of Marions pudding rice/muller thing. Lovely.
I was tempted to buy a giant mars bar after my weigh in but that would not have helped would it :rotfl:You can stand there and agonize........

Wow, Kandi - that sounds good! I'm always tempted by something like chocolate a) after WI and b) whenever I'm in the supermarket and c) especially when OH's away. This is the first day in my LIFE I haven't had any syns when OH has been away from home :j And I've missed out on nothing!
My base has set! Just put the meringue on top and put it in the oven! :j Gonna take a photo when it comes out for everyone to see :rotfl: I don't have any ramekins, so its in one dish!0 -

Wow nice one Tigger!!
I am desperate for a pud tonight. I haven't had any syns today, but I don't know whether to have 1/4 of a chocolate sponge pudding for 11 syns, 1/3 a sponge pudding for 15 syns, or a bowl of semolina for 11syns.
DILEMA!0 -
I ate my 2 donuts, they were nice, but probably not worth the guilt I now feel. I just wanted one completely on plan week, now I will be watching my syns for the next couple of days. Ive also had an apple, banana, and a yoghurt and im still peckish!! i love watching Masterchef, but it always makes me hungry. i cant be bothered with SW chips so dont know what to have to keep me away from the kitkats, or hot chocolate with a chocolate stirror.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0

I would go for the semolina - or do pudding rice with a low fat yoghurt mixed in and a handful of fruit or some chocolate buttons 8.5 syns mmmmm....You can stand there and agonize........
