BB - I know! I think if I talk to my consultant about not losing then thats going to be her answer and I know I won't be able to do it. If I feel hungry at all then 95% of the time I will binge (and BIG time) so I wouldn't be able to stick with it for even a week. If I can get my hands on a copy and stick it everywhere it might make me exercise more, eat slightly less and be able to resist things I can't at the mo! (Even though I'm counting them!
I'm still convinced its the type of contraceptive pill I'm on, so as of last Monday I've come off it. I'll give it a month, see how my weight loss does, then I'll know. It's not as though I'm taking it for any particular reason these days :mad:0 -
Has anyone tried syn free pizza? When I have made it in the past I didn't cook the mash properly, and it really was a mashed potato pizza. Looking at some pictures on another forum it looks like it can come together really well. Any thoughts?Skint_Catt wrote: »

I tried the syn free potato based pizza once, it was a bit of a faff to make but it did work and tasted good. I think the trick is to make the base not too thick so that it cooks properly all the way through and dont make the toppings too heavy either. Ok it'll never be a match for a real pizza but it's worth a go if you're desperate as I was! They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

One of my colleagues is on Yasmin and has lost 1.5stone. The trouble is it depends what the margins are for Yasmin - I was taken off Marvalon because I'm 4 BMI points over the safe weight limit which means I'm more likely to have serious side effect s like DVT etc. If it's the same with Yasmin then I'm no better off until I lose weight - but i can't lose weight on the one I'm on - vicious circle hence me coming off it completely! I will ask though!

To anyone who's made the free lemon meringue - is the base supposed to 'set' before you put the meringue on top? Just looked at it in the oven but its still fairly liquidy?0

Mine was set - like an egg custard type consistency. I took it out of the oven and waited 5 mins before i put the meringue on, that might have been when it set.
Hope its niceYou can stand there and agonize........
