I'm not sure why, but my day has gone very well to plan.
    Green Day
Breakfast: weetabix and milk (HEb + HEa) and an apple
Lunch: 98% fat free supernoodles, clementine
Dinner: quorn chilli and a jacket potato, grapes.

Later I will have more weetabix and milk (HEb and HEa) and I'm not sure what to have for syns, probably biscuits tbh! Or maybe another cheeky bowl of cereal and milk. I am the cereal queen :D

    Hi all.
I have posted a few times before, but now need some serious help & support, I have been on the online plan before, but it is so easy to lie about your weight loss (well i did). anyway i am going to start posting on here every day & doing meal plans each day, I have loads of sw cookery books, so here goes gonna try ee for a few days.
    Day 1 wed
    B: egg on toast (heb)
L: hm leek & potatoe soup in sc as i type
D: Beef, pots, carrots, green beans & gravy
    hea: milk in coffee
    Snacks: activia yogs, grapes,
If any of this sounds wrong please let me know & i can try again,
I cant see properly now as getting really upset!!!
    Thanks for reading xx

First off, a big hello and a very warm welcome. That first step is mega scarey and we all know how you feel taking it. ( some of us have had to do it more than once too, myself included) You'll find everyone one here is super, super helpful. No-one ever judges you and you'll only get a kick up the bum if you ask for one ;). So ask any questions, no matter how silly they might seem, because chances are I've already asked them at some point too.
Good luck with the weight loss campaign, i'm sure you'll be fine

What is FF if you don't mind me asking?

Also, do you find your weightloss is better if you have used all your HEs?

incidentally and changing the subject somewhat, can anyone explain to my poor tired little brain why tesco finest pork sausages are 5 1/2  syns each yet contain 85% pork and tesco light choices cumberland sausages are 1 syn each and contain only 68% pork!

Im hoping a work colleague will rescue me and get me some eat smart morrisons but I am still perplexed! incidentally, I dont know what the pork content is in the morrisons one but guess (hope) its over 60 % at least

lovely menu although I dont think I could eat the cereal as Im not a big cereal eater. why didnt you like your noodles? i can take or leave them but found them quick and easy and perfect to incorporate with other things, stir fry veg, quorn sausages etc :D
  • I hate my slimming world group. the woman is absolutely useless and made me feel about this big >> . for putting on a bit of weight, despite me saying i was fine with it and I had genuinely expected it. I've just swapped groups because I moved house and it's too far to go to my old one (which was awesome). I've just got home and want to eat myself into a stupor. Or go to Nando's. I think I will do the latter.

awww hun ur consultant is poo!!! defo nandos hun xxx

and jemma omg i was like that..why spend points on fruit when u can eat chocs (and starve!)
  • Thanks so much for all your kind replies & hugs, you have really lifted my mood & i am actually lookin forward to my journey with you all, ( i will sin my gravy)Thanks again xxx
  • I suspect that it's the fillers that are in the sausages which increase the syns. I know that quorn is free, but Tesco meat free burgers/mince/pieces etc are syns as they are a mix of soya (free possibly, depending on whether defatted) and wheat protein (most def not!). However, I am surprised that 15% of a sausage can be 5.5 syns!

I wished on them, but they were only satellites

'pork' simply describes the animal - in no respect does it explain the part of the animal or the 'leanness' of the animal part used.

a high pork content could easily be fat/gristle/belly etc (thus high syn), a lower pork content will include non pork (but possibly low syn) 'fillers'

    does that help?
