    FF or Fast Forward is for want of a better explanation, a secret plan that SW consultants have up their sleeve for those times when it just isnt working for members. As I understand it (having not followed it personally) its very restrictive and EVERYTHING has to be counted. Angie will be able to give you a much better explanation as she followed it for a week some months ago.

    Valentines next Saturday and I am planning a romantic meal that is as SW friendly as possible! It would be tempting to go all out and think sod it but this is the new me and I want to get to target asap so this is the plan!

    Sausages and mash, roasted onions and 2 aunt bessies yorkshire puddings (2.5 syns each) Hope the sausages will be eat smart morrisons (free) if I can get my grubby little paws on some otherwise it will be tesco light choices cumberland sausages 1 syn each.

    Now the pudding! this is where I need your help. want something that is low syn but something yummy :D so would welcome your suggestions :j many thanks

    I have posted a few times before, but now need some serious help & support, I have been on the online plan before,but it is so easy to lie about your weight loss (well i did). anyway i am going to start posting on here every day & doing meal plans each day, I have loads of sw cookery books, so here goes gonna try ee for a few days.
    Day 1 wed
    B: egg on toast (heb)
    L: hm leek & potatoe soup in sc as i type
    D: Beef, pots, carrots, green beans & gravy
    hea: milk in coffee
    Snacks: activia yogs, grapes,
    If any of this sounds wrong please let me know & i can try again,
    I cant see properly now as getting really upset!!!

    You have taken the biggest and scariest step already bikerchix by coming on here - so here is a :grouphug: for being so honest! Now have a :coffee: and calm down a little. Take some big slow breaths - but not too many - don't want you to to hyperventilate!

    Posting your menus on here is an excellent way to try and keep yourself on the straight and narrow, I know it certainly helps me. I make a point of following my menu to the letter ie - I have everything I put down, but sometimes I also have a few extras that I hadn't planned on:o

    We are an understanding lot on here, and what you have done isn't that bad. It is natural to look for approval and that can lead to doing some silly things but at the end you have realised that the only person you are cheating is your self and you have turned yourself around and here you are!:T:T.

    If it helps you don't even have to post your loss or gain on here - not everyone does, it is entirely your choice! But please stick around and join in the fun!

    Hi and welcome :hello: that all looks good, just need to syn your gravy. You could also have bacon along with your egg on toast to fill you up. keep posting your daily menus on here, we'll keep you right. <hugs>
