Thanks Amy - a very comprehensive list!
If you're not planning on having 2 HEA/B's every day though, are you not better just doing Extra Easy? Then everything else is free?
Also, quick Q: on red days, what do you all have along with the meat for your evening meal? Sometimes, it just doesn't seem as though a plate of meat and veg will ever fill me up! But then - maybe I'm just a grubber!Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for something a bit more filling (and free!)

afternoon all,
got a sweet tooth today not sure what I can have but must stay away from the chocs - theres a big fat smarties choc cake in the cupboards for DS's party tomorrow, Im dreadin cutting it up :rotfl:
Snap!
But i gave in - I had a four finger kit kat! It was wonderful - but there are 4 more in the cupboard calling my name.
I have put some rice on the hob and going to fill myself up with that, then im off to colour my hair upstairs (as far from the kitchen as i can get)You can stand there and agonize........

I used to use my HEB for potatoes but it was a very small amount you got, which is why extra easy is a godsend. You can stand there and agonize........

I don't know what extra easy is.....please explain x0

I can't stop eating..........knew it would be like this today!
So far:
b: muller and a banana
mid morning: pasta n sauce with skimmed milk and mozzarella (2 x HE)
l: SW wedges, eggs in frylight
Just literally had a cherry/choc muller (2 syns), also had a sharon fruit and I'm full but wanting to eat......but I don't know what!
Dinner is a mix of leftover roast meats from the last couple of days with rice in some kind of paella kind thingy!"Stay Wonky":D

Extra easy is:
You eat all of the things on both red and green that are free, eg meat and potatoes all together, but you can only have 1 HEA and 1 HEB per day.
Have a look on the SW website it explains it better on there but it is much easier to follow and if you are new to SW its a good plan to start on.
Does that make sense. You can stand there and agonize........

I have just done a chocolate muller with pudding rice, and it took about 5 mins to make. The chocolate bits melted in the hot rice and it was fantastic! Very filling, think this might be my new breakfast thing (to save on my HEB's). Thanks Retiredlady xYou can stand there and agonize........

Extra easy is a new 3rd alternative to red and green days, basically, you can only have 1 HEA and 1 HEB per day, but everything which is free on a red and a green day is free too, so for example you could have a plate with as much chicken and potatoes on it as you wanted. Does that make sense? They also recommend, that to aid your weight loss, you fill your plate with 1/3 superfree foods - which is obviously mostly fruit or veg.
Then for anything which carries a syn value, if the value varied on a red or green day, you would count it as the lower of the 2 values.
It sounds great, but personally I struggle with only having 1/2 pint of milk per day!I'd happily drink 4-5 pints a day if I could, so extra easy is a wee bit tougher for me!

I'm going to stick with what I know first I think then if i get bored in a few weeks i'll swap to EE.

Also how do you get the target weight loss = info at the bottom of the message? x0 -
You need to update your signature, if you go to User CP - just under where it says "welcome amyfopink" to the top left handside of the page, then click on "edit Signature" which is listed again the top left handside.
