have never seen choccie mullers in tesco by the way..only in asda.
anyhoo... then out DS2 down for a nap and had scrumm mild cheese brocoli pasta and sauce..... scrumm!!
SC arent ur scales always weighing u more than SW scales??..therefore :T :T

bf: crunchy bran and milk (heb and half hea)
lunch: pasta and sauce (using hea)
snack: apple and banana and must eat a muller as well...
snack 2: jacket potato with beans
dinner: chargrill (3 syns) and SW chips with mushrooms and ketchup (2 syns)
syns: 1 syn on chewing gum
snack: must get off butt and make choc scran bran for 5.5 syns.
total = 110 -

Afternoon all!!
Well - today's going ok so far!
B: 2 slices WM Toast (HEB), spread with Flora Light (1 Syn) with poached Egg. 1/2 pint of s/skimmed milk
L: 6 Crackerbreads (HEB) Spread with Flora Light (3 Syns), with handful of cherry toms (Free). Diet Lemonade (Free)Grilled Pork Chops (Free), with Morrisons Fat free sausages (Free), with roast butternut squash and beetroot salad (From this months mag - free), prob tom ketchup to go with the sausages (2 syns).
That should make a red day - and since I have the guides tonight, there'll be no time to think about snacking!
Also gonna try squeeze in a cheeky wee gym class - but that depends on me skiving away from work a teensy bit early to be able to fit it in - so we'll see! :rolleyes:

The pasta n sauce are by batchelors and most of them are free on a green day! I love them!
Also I have 2 questions. How many healthy extras from a am i allowed and how many from b?
Morrisons bettabuy products - would these be the value products?0 -

I had planned on going to a class last night and missed it - had a really crappy appointment at the hosp, and aunt flo popped in unexpectedly - so wasn't exactly feeling energetic!! I'm almost scared to say it - but I'm planning on going to bodyattack tonight - this is about the 5th time I've planned on going - so hopefully this time I'll make it - no excuses allowed!!

Hi Marion, Have seen lots of people raving about this rice but although I have searched I cannot find how you make it, please could you psot how it is done, sounds yummy. I always do EE and don't always want to use my HEB for breakfast.
