    Looks fine CWM!

I hope so! Just feels as though I've eaten loads! If I'm sticking to plan I tend to have mostly Red days - so always end up feeling like a bloater when I have pasta/potatoes etc....

Anyway - fingers crossed for a loss next week - day 1's down, so hopefully I'll manage to keep it up for the next 6! ;)

    xx

Well today, I think I had my first EE - but as I seem to have eaten loads of food - please do correct me if I'm wrong!!

B: Bacon Sandwich - 2 slices WM bread (HEB), spread with Extra Light Flora (1Syn), and Bacon (Free). Plus 1/2 pint of S/skimmed milk (HEA)

L: Muller Yoghurt, Sugarfree Jelly (1/2) Syn

D: Herby Chicken and Pepper bake, with potato cakes and spicy baked beans (All from this months mag), then sugarfree jelly, with natural yoghurt and fruit (1/2 Syn)

Would that be right for an EE?

    xx

Fine but just remember you are supposed to have 1/3 of your plate as superfree food. :T

You don't have to Jemma, but it aids weightloss - but that could be said for red/green days too.

No worries, didn't mean that horribly. It was good to point out, but it isn't an essential part of EE ;) Veg, fruit and variation is always going to be the key to any weight-loss though! :T

It's ok I know you didn't mean it in a bad way!

How my day panned out, I think it has gone well actually:
    EE DAY
Breakfast: 2 cups of tea (1/2 HEa milk) Why did no-one tell me before how good tea makes you feel in the morning?
    Snack: Clementine and Muller
Lunch: Rindless bacon, 2x quorn sausages, baked beans, smash
Snack: Apple, ginger nut (3 syns)
Dinner: Chicken curry (6 syns) with basmati rice. Muller, Jaffa cake (2 syns)

I need my HEb, so I will have 2 weetabix and the other half of my HEa. Finally got around to measuring out my milk today, and fortunately the cup I have been using is 250ml almost exactly :) Although I only ever use half a cup in my weetabix, and so half can be tea milk and half can be weetabix milk :) I'm not actually that hungry but experience tells me when i don't have a HEb i get very hungry the next day (psychological or not), so I will make sure I have it before I go to bed.

Syns total: Jaffa Cake (2 syns)
    Ginger Nut (3 syns)
    Curry Sauce (6 syns)
    = 11 syns

I feel for you today - I know how it can be but dont let it get you down.

If you can't make it to class dont fret just put it behind you and start again positive.
Imagine that you did get weighed in and imagine that you STS or gained 1-2lbs, then stick in hard this week and by next week you will have a nice suprise hopefully. :D

I cant remember who posted this (sorry ) but its on my office wall and i look at it often, I dont think it will hurt to post it again:

When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
And you feel like the biggest failure in town.
When you want to give up just because you gave in,
And forget all about being healthy and thin.
So What! You went over your Syns a bit,
It's your next move that counts...So don't you quit!
It's a moment of truth, it's an attitude change.
It's learning the skills to get back in your range.
It's telling yourself, "You've done great up till now.
You can take on this challenge and beat it somehow."
It's part of your journey toward reaching your goal.
You're still gonna make it, just stay in control.
To stumble and fall is not a disgrace,
If you summon the will to get back in the race.
But, often the strugglers, when loosing their grip,
Just throw in the towel and continue to slip.
And learn too late when the damage is done,
That the race wasn't over...they still could have won.
Lifestyle change can be awkward and slow,
But facing each challenge will help you grow.
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint in a cloud of doubt.
When you're pushing to the brink, just refuse to submit,

If you bite it, you write it....But don't you quit!
thanks we should all start the day by looking at this , and remember were all human
