Well today, I think I had my first EE - but as I seem to have eaten loads of food - please do correct me if I'm wrong!!
B: Bacon Sandwich - 2 slices WM bread (HEB), spread with Extra Light Flora (1Syn), and Bacon (Free). Plus 1/2 pint of S/skimmed milk (HEA)
L: Muller Yoghurt, Sugarfree Jelly (1/2) SynHerby Chicken and Pepper bake, with potato cakes and spicy baked beans (All from this months mag), then sugarfree jelly, with natural yoghurt and fruit (1/2 Syn)
Would that be right for an EE?
