Good Morning everyone! Very cold here this morning and very icy too, although the sun is shine which is a good thing!:D My DH and I will stay indoors again today, DD1 has gone off to work with a workmate who has a 4X4 and DD2 is happy that the school where she works is closed today:beer:.

Eating was pretty close to plan yesterday although a few sliced of buttered toast somehow found their way to me. I am putting the blame on Mother Nature because I am sure that in very cold weather our instincts are to eat more and lay in supplies of body fat to protect us from the cold! :rotfl:

    Today I am having:

Breakfast - hot blueberry breakfast rice (free)

Lunch - beans and sliced quorn sausages on wholemeal toast (free, heb)

Dinner - Salmon with herbs baked in rice with vegetables (free)

Late snack - chocolate scan bran cakes served warm with muller vanilla/chocolate yogurt poured over ( 4 syns)

Anyone going out today please please be careful!

    Love
    Marion

  • stuck indoors all day today. It's my day off my office job, but I teach 2 classes, both of which are cancelled as the schools are shut.

Food for today, might end up being a bit of a list as I'm inside all day, but as long as I keep within the rules, I'm not going to feel guilty if I eat lots.

    Planned food (!)

    b: muller and a banana
l: pasta n sauce with HE milk and HE mozzarella
d: leftover roast chicken and pork, mixed with rice /veg to make a paella.

Haven't got much sweetener at the moment, but I might use up what I do have left to have a go at making some of Marion's fab pancakes.

Morning all, another snow day here, so no work today for me! Hope everyone is well and feeling lighter both in mood and weight. Not sure what I'm going to have today yet, I always have red days and, although I'm not totally decided yet, I thought I might go green instead. I've had coffee, yoghurt, apple, banana and a plum so far today. I'll probably have some HM Veggie soup for lunch ( I made gallons of the stuff yesterday, oops) and then for dinner Hmmm, not sure . Come on all you greenies give me some ideas, please.

Lo bush - do you have this months mag? There's a recipe in it for bubble and squeek with spicy baked beans - it's very easy to make, pretty cheap - and god damn good!! Plus, the extra good point, it's all free on a green!! ;)

I'm more of a meat lover though to be fair, so the suggestions from me are limited!!

    xx
