Thanks CWM, I'll have a look in the mag, sounds interesting. Jammygal, some good ideas there, I'm trying to avoid the eggs because I had quite an 'eggy' day yesterday and hmmmm, how shall I put it? ..............I paid the consequences ;)

I wonder how well the buses are runnning, I saw quite a few yesterday but I don't want to be stranded for ages! I am getting desperate for food now... having to eat smash instead of real potatoes, and I have ONE muller left that I am saving! I think I might have to brave it.....!!

Hi there:j I take it you are having a green day? You will have to syn your grape juice as no juices are free. Also if you are not having any more HEB you can use your olive oil as a HEB choice:j. The soya spread I am pretty sure can be used as margarine and synned accordingly!

Oops - too slow! Thanks Skintcat!

Good Morning everyone! Very cold here this morning and very icy too, although the sun is shine which is a good thing!:D My DH and I will stay indoors again today, DD1 has gone off to work with a workmate who has a 4X4 and DD2 is happy that the school where she works is closed today:beer:.

Eating was pretty close to plan yesterday although a few sliced of buttered toast somehow found their way to me. I am putting the blame on Mother Nature because I am sure that in very cold weather our instincts are to eat more and lay in supplies of body fat to protect us from the cold! :rotfl:

    Today I am having:

Breakfast - hot blueberry breakfast rice (free)

Lunch - beans and sliced quorn sausages on wholemeal toast (free, heb)

Dinner - Salmon with herbs baked in rice with vegetables (free)

Late snack - chocolate scan bran cakes served warm with muller vanilla/chocolate yogurt poured over ( 4 syns)

Anyone going out today please please be careful!

    Love
    Marion
Hi Marion, Have seen lots of people raving about this rice but although I have searched I cannot find how you make it, please could you psot how it is done, sounds yummy. I always do EE and don't always want to use my HEB for breakfast.

    TIA
