Thanks Kandi - its just I'm trying so hard and getting nowhere - and the less I lose each week the more the pressure gets as I really wanted to do it this year.

Just been sent home from work so I'll catch you in a bit!

    C xx

wow this thread has been busy today! Lucky everyone with snow days, no such luck for me I'm afraid, I've had 9-3 with no break in between. Home now, but have no internet and the company who run it are terrible, not happy. (posting this from somewhere else..obviously)

    Breakfast: Clementine and Muller
Lunch: 2 quorn sausages, bit of bacon, beans, smash + ginger nut biscuit (3 syns)
    Dinner: ????
    HEA - milk in tea

Not sure whether to syn the bacon and have a green day (probable) or have EE

    EWWWWWWWW!

Well, here starts my week of EE! Wish me luck! Will be combining it with still lots of superfree foods and superspeed where I can get them!
I weighed myself when I got home and had lost 0.5lbs so I'm counting that as this weeks WI. Still depressed after all my hard work, but hey it'll keep me going this week.

In all seriousness the "& chocolate" mullerlights are supposed to make nice ice cream... personally I'd leave out the snow though! :p

For some reason in this snowy climate I'm craving ice cream, somebody some time ago also posted this recipe, which sounds good:
2 x Muller vanilla, 500ml nat yog, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 4 tsp sweetner made in an ice cream maker.

Just a random thought from me - lots of people are asking similar questions (what is Extra easy, what is the password, which sausages are free...) Is there any way we can do a FAQ section to this thread?
