Woo Hoo - I can now have my chicken, bacon and egg mayo sarnie on a red/EE day and syn a huge white soft lovely mouth-watering baguette! :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T

I've just had quite a big bowl of pasta, beans and 42g RF cheddar - must have finished the last mouthful about 40mins ago - and my stomach is just about to rumble??? Whats up with me! :eek:

Back at work - the roads are clear so I had no excuse, but its the 4pm heavy snow thats predicted that scares me for the 5pm rush hour. Because they've changed the timing of the traffic lights at the end of the road a 6min journey now takes me 40mins in heavy traffic, so I'm betting it'll be over an hour tonight without the snow!

b: muller and 2 bananas
l: SW wedges and leftover chicken curry
d: beef 'slab' (it's huge!) in the slow cooker with peppers, tomatoes and pasta.

Fingers crossed that it won't be as bad as you think, then. I'm feeling rather odd being at home at this time of day ..............almost guilty, IYKWIM. :rolleyes:

yes, I always feel guilty for having time off - even though I could do with it today - sneezing my head off - glad I don't share an office!

my son loves it and i get him the nomal one for school lunches ,
Gonna get some tomorrow and some wholemeal pitta breads:rolleyes: :drool: fill with salad, warm bacon & egg mayo , heaven

Oh lo-bush - its official you are not daft - I however am!;)

That egg mayo has made my day - I'm going to make a trip tonight to get some and pile loads of trimmed bacon in and some of those fat free sausages mmmmm.

Which morrisons sausages are free is it the be good to yourself (just realised thats sainsubrys not Morrisons )Pork ones?

Might try to make it to both Morrisons and Asda after work for these depending on the snow situation and my runny nose situation. :rotfl:

I tried a lovly pasta meal pot from asda yesterday , it was adsa pasta mealpot tomato mascarpone cheese &red pepper only 77p 4 syns , there really big and taste great , i'm taking the next one into work , catt these would be great for you
