This is one I have tried and you can chop and change the ingredients according to whats in the cupboard/fridge:
    HUNGERBUSTER SOUP (FREE ON GREEN)

    2 Medium onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 yellow pepper
    2 carrots
    2 courgettes
    1 medium leek
    2pts. Bovril stock
    1 tin borlotti beans
    1oz dry pasta
    pasata 1tsp paprika
    1 tsp. Mixed herbs
    15oz tin tomatoes
    salt & pepper

dry fry onions & garlic until soft, add chopped pepper, courgette, herbs & paprika
    add stock & tinned tomatoes.
Roughly chop carrots & leek, then add to soup
cook for 30 minutes, add pasta after 10mins, then beans, season to taste.

Ooo - Thanks Kandi - think I got most of those things

Okay folks following on from the revelation that Mr T has discontinued the Egg mayo filler, I've discovered an alternative from Asda ( always supposing I've used the syns calculator correctly, anyway)

Asda Reduced Fat Egg Mayonnaise Filler. If someone could check I'm right I'd appreciate it
    Energy 121 Kcal
    Protein 10.3g
    Carbs 1.3g
    Fat 8.3g
    All per 100g

The pot I got was 250g and cost £1.00

Hopefully that will help someone out.

Thanks guys - I think i might have a lemsip then as my throat is so sore!

Had cottage cheese and muller for lunch as my ryvita was hurting! :(

I think it does help to know others are as naughty as me, It means that Im alone :)

I have found another soup, this one is dead easy too:
POTATO BASIL & PEA SOUP (FREE ON GREEN)

    1 medium onion
1 medium potato 1 tin of tomatoes (400g)
1 cup of frozen peas (225g)
    1 cup of water
Bovril ( chicken or beef from the jar)

Thinly slice the onion and dice the potato.
Pour the tinned tomatoes into a saucepan and heat gently.
Add the water and vegetable stock
Mix in the potatoes, onion and frozen peas and bring to the boil
Lower heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes
Seaon with salt, pepper and some fresh basil.
