Ive fallen off the wagon completely this weekend and cant even begin to add up what Ive had, seriously considering not gettin weighed in the morning so I dont get too upset when I find out what I have put on, will def start planing again tomorrow so I can have a good try again - I am sooooo cross with myself ......
Ditto - I have done the same Zavarony - I am gutted, as I was so good all week up until yesterday.
I woke up with Flu yesterday and I feel dreadful and I ate for England - too much cereal and milk and chocolate:o .
I dont feel hungry at all today (I wonder why?? :) ) but am eating to keep the metabolism going. No more syns for me till weigh in on Tuesday.

I really fancy a lemsip type thing but they are prob loads of syns so might just have sone earl grey with lemon.

Hope you are all enjoying the snow ~ loving your snowman Magicbeans.

Lol, I can see your snowman magic (home for lunch!) but I'm worried about that dead cat on its head ;)

Kandi, if you need lemsip go for it - I've had to have Day Nurse and cough syrup to help me sleep - I avoided the throat sweets but I didn't have any other option when I was going to bed!

Well - i chickened out of WI partly due to the snow but mainly due to loosing the ability to leave food alone this week,:o
Im back on track today - although I left Brekkie v late - and it looks like a green day.

    B - muller
    L - wedges/beans/egg
D - not sure but prob quorn saus/peas/potatoes/sweetcorn OR pasta with a tomato based sauce

really need to go shopping but decided that being out in the snow for 2 hours with the dog this morning was enough for today, will try tomorrow and just use food from freezer/cupboards for tonight.

I'd like to try a potato or onion soup (as I have both left from last week) any ideas?? Ive got some decently stocked cupboards so herbs etc should be available but any help would be appreciated - Thanks all

    xx

I really want to go to WI (though I'm 90% sure I've STS) but I'll have to see what the rush hour traffic's like!

    Zavarony

This is one I have tried and you can chop and change the ingredients according to whats in the cupboard/fridge:
    HUNGERBUSTER SOUP (FREE ON GREEN)

    2 Medium onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 yellow pepper
    2 carrots
    2 courgettes
    1 medium leek
    2pts. Bovril stock
    1 tin borlotti beans
    1oz dry pasta
    pasata 1tsp paprika
    1 tsp. Mixed herbs
    15oz tin tomatoes
    salt & pepper

dry fry onions & garlic until soft, add chopped pepper, courgette, herbs & paprika
    add stock & tinned tomatoes.
Roughly chop carrots & leek, then add to soup
cook for 30 minutes, add pasta after 10mins, then beans, season to taste.
