I think she already is in!

yeah i am already in work i have been told that at the moment we are not leaving until 4:30 however my train home has an hour delay so if i'm lucky i will get back to my home station at 5:30 and then i will have to walk which it most probably will be dark by then i'm not happy. One of the other ladies has to do the same sort of journey but doesn't have to do the walk at the end and i think she is going to say something to our director its not fair and their are no black cabs at the other end i don't see why i should have to pay for it but then my company shouldnt have to either its not there fault where i live. I don't really want to come in tomorrow but i think as i got here today with the worse of the snow i can't really not come in tomorrow as it is possible for me to get in.

Hopefully the other lady will make them rethink! If its still snowing then they might rethink themselves anyway. Snow has stopped here again for now - its all or nothing!

Just went to tescos and the pavements are like a mini ice rink out thier where people have been polishing the pavements. Its empty in the city at the moment as well normally the streets are packed at this time on a monday.

Good luck emm_jane and well done on the giving up smoking - we have a lady in our group who qui smoking AND joined SW on the same day and actually she's doing very well. Someone suggested the low syns lolly pops if you're struggling as then you have the same action as smoking but it doesn't do your weight loss too much damage!

• Good afternoon!

Well I had hoped to be snowed in this morning but it looks like the worst is going to miss Manchester! :(

I have been very good all week and not had any syns each day but reckon I had a good 35 between Friday and Saturday night (Alcohol I'm afraid VERY Large G&T's!) which is fine as I was saving my syns especially for weekends. However am a bit worried about a meal I had out last night. I had an EE day so SW fry up with Morrisons free sausages in AM, Milk as HEA. Low FAt Supernoodles and mulelr light for lunch but then....... 2 x large G&T's, some Pate with Salad and a Gorg roast dinner (With HM Gravy from juices - how many Syns??) and at least 5 glasses of wine! I did manage not ot have any pudding but I am still really concerned I may have blown my 1st week at SW.... I weigh in Wednesday and won't be having any syns before that but still......

Ax

5 small glasses of wine would be 30 syns,
Basic/Non Branded Foods Gravy granules, made with meat juices 142ml

red.gif Original 7 Syns green.gif Green 7 Syns

Basic/Non Branded Foods
Brussels pate 28g

red.gif Original 4½ Syns green.gif Green 4½ Syns

Not too bad but it depends how big the portions were and how big thr glasses of wine were - a small really is small these days (and no longer the standard size in a pub!
