Thanks i'll maybe think of something to put on that!
I've just bought the super noodles to go snack pot and i know that the 98% fat free ones are syn free but i couldnt find any that said 98% fat free.....it just says low fat on the pot, would that be syn free?

Yeah they are super noodles but they are in a pot - (you just add hot water to the pot) rather than in a packet.....i'll have a look on the syn calculator and work it out that way! thanks

its not any of the above - the flavour is barbeque beef and its in a pot.
on the website it says

I bought....

It doesn't have this on the website

Just had my first taste of super noodles.... glad I didn't buy 2 packs!

Thanks! I did the chocolate one the other night when I really fancied something sweet - it is good for a chocolate hit, sweet and filling too!

Oooh chocolate rice!! YUM! Off out with a colleague - full of cold so don't really want to go and no idea what sort of food on offer but EE day should make it easier (I hope!)
