Afternoon all!!
You're having a very active Saturday Skinty!! You're putting me to shame!I had planned on going to bodyattack today, but after spin on Thu and Step last, I don't think my poor legs (or stomach, or chest or elbows?!) Could've handled it! So - I'm going for a swim instead!! Gonna try and squeeze in 25-35 lengths!
As for the eating, well - I'm going out for dinner tonight - and I
'm afraid it won't be very SW friendly!!We're going to Pizza Express (Since I bagged a £20 voucher using my Tesco points, and it's boyf's fav restaurant!). I'l be having a few drinks as well so no doubt my syns will be through the roof! I've had a free day otherwise though:
b: Banana (Free), muller yog (Free)
l: HM Butternut+Ginger soup (Free)
d: Pizza - and a few vodka diet cokes! Which takes up all the snacks as well!!
Am I being dillusional to think that saving my HEA's will at least minimise some of the damage of all that yummy cheese on my pizza? (Actually, won't be using any HEB's either - but there's nothing in pizza they can be used towards is there?) - if not, I'll just need to accept that I'm consuming a weeks worth of syns and get on with it! - We've not been out just the 2 of us at the weekend for ages!!!! So I'm gonna make the best of it and enjoy myself!!
Anywho - ramble over - need to go get my cossie looked out!
Have a good day everyone!

Hope you feel better soon BB - saw your post on the DFW thread, hope it's not gallbladder like you thought! Don't know much about it though, so can't really suggest anything else it might be!
Take care of yourself either way - maybe lots of water would help? Only cause I tend to do that whenever I'm ill regardless of what's wrong - to try flush whatever it is out of me! - There's probably not actually any medical benefit to it at all!!

Thanks retiredlady and BB...I couldn't do it without all your constructive and friendly support.....
I would agree with crap with money BB and suggest upping the old water intake....it's got to be worth a shot!
Kandi pandi ...I can totally relate to your muller addiction....I eat loads but do try to limit the choc ones as I find them difficult to come by!!!0 -
Ive had a busy few hours in the kitchen and have made a cheesecake without a base ...
combine;
2 tubs of Quark (approx 10oz each tub)
3 Eggs
1/2 cup of splenda
1 tsp vanilla
Beat all together for 10 mins until light.

Hi all,
I've had a rubbish Saturday.....
I woke up to find a letter from the lawyers I sold my flat through telling me to send back a cheque I received recently from them, it's a long story but I had to hold some money back from the sale due to some cracking that needed sorting out. I got the money back earlier in the month and I banked it. Now they're demanding I send it to the buyer! !!!!!!!s!
I also pranged my car in the multi story this morning
My OH wanted to cheer me up despite being out of work and treated me to lunch, I had a pizza and apple juice and very a bit bloated now.
I feel like I could cry, in fact I did this morning when I scraped the car!
I've probably had a million syns but I dont really care, with the prospect of having no money I might seriously have to knock SW on the head and save the cash towards the bills and other more important things, why is life so !!!!! some times? They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

4 weeks in and I've taken my measurements, lost 2 inches from hips, 2 inches from waist and 1.5 or 2 inches (depending on the placing of the tape measure!) from my bust. Just a few more feet to go all round!
I'm definitely trying to up my awater. My mum suffered terribly with gallbladder before having it removed and being fair, fat, fertile and nearly 40, I also fit the profile. I've had problems before, just need to be extra careful Funny how it never flares up when I'm not dieting!"Stay Wonky":D
