Noticed this on the list of Healthy Extras
"The Cheese Company - 71g Cheese, Less Than 3% Fat"
Has anyone got any idea where I can buy it from? Not having any luck with my usual detective skills

I am off to the dreaded starbucks tomorrow and must resist hot chocolate with obscene amounts of cream!
Would a bogstandard coffee (cafe au lait, I believe), no sugar or cream be free if I took the milk out of my HEA allowance?0 -
Good morning all, the wind is blowing outside but no signs of snow yet! I made a big pot of soup yesterday that started out to be vegetable but ended up as scoth broth - very nice it was too! I have frozen several portions to have as cup of soups to keep me warm in this cold weather that is coming:cool:
Today I am having:
Breakfast - SW style pancakes with blueberries (free) plus a tablespoon blueberry syrup (2 syns)
Lunch - Roast chicken, carrots, cabbage, mashed potato (free)
Dinner - Rice baked with left over chicken, ham and vegetables with fruit and yogurt for dessert.(free)
Milk in coffee for my A and scan bran for my B choice today!
Weigh in for me tomorrow morning and once again don't feel like I have lost anything - and my admittedly dodgy scales don't show a loss either:(
Keep warm everyone and if you have elderly neighbours living on their own why not check and see if they are ok too?
Love

Leftover mash - I would fry some onions up first then mix them up with the mash then form into little cakes and fry (using frylight of course;)) You could also gently dust them in just a teensy bit of flour first, that helps them brown nicely! I don't add egg to the mix but I normally put a fried or poached egg on the top to serve. Enjoy!
After all that the ones I am having today are actually frozen McCain ones - 1.5 syns each baked in the Remoska or oven.

Hi thanks for that Marion, i didnt reply yesterday as I was frantically frying away, had time to have a look at your reply then never got on for the rest of the day. My 'hash browns' were yummy. i might try the mcain ones as they are suprisingly low syns. being Scottish im partial to a tattie scone with my fry up, but they are a no no. I always feel I need something to soak up the egg or bean juice.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

So, the plan of action today:
Breakfast: Apple and clementine (It's sunday so don't need any long term filling up)
Lunch: Mashed potato, baked beans and a quorn sausage
Mid afternoon: Starbucks coffee (HEa)
Dinner: Chicken casserole (HEb) with roast potatoes made with 1TBS olive oil (HEb, completely unnecessary I know but makes them taste so good), broccoli, peas and sweetcorn
Before bed: Hot chocolate with HEa milk + 3syns0 -
Morning all,
After a good nights sleep I'm in a better mood and typing this as I watch the tennis final on bbc2.
I'm back on track and had a gorgeous breakfast/brunch.
I had a sandwich, two slices of wholemeal bread with grilled bacon, a fried egg (cooked in frylight) and 3 low syn sausages, all washed down with a cup of tea and finished off with a hifi bar.
I havent decided if I'm having a red or EE day yet, it'll most likely be red as we have plenty of meat and veg in the house (steady! lol)They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Hi all, last day of my (struggling) superfree food week - fingers crossed! Will be hard today I think - technically having a 'EE day' and I think after my cooked brunch (egg and mushroom as superfree, 1 free sausage, 1 slice bacon, small spoon of beans) I will have to get some yoghurt and fruit in as my two meals (brunch and dinner) will be very meat based! Will try to eat lots of lovely veggies Mum is doing with the roast tonight to see if that helps. Might take with me free lemon meringue instead of having tart/pie/Mum's dessert!
Have a good day everyone!

I've gone and bought myself a subscription to Slimming World! I really can't get to group each week (costs £3 to get there, coming back at night isn't really safe on the bus) but I decided I'd love the flexibility of being able to look anything up whenever so that is what I've done!
It's pretty expensive, so I'm trialling it for a month or so0
