I was talking to my consultant on the phone just now and told her how nice the synfree pancakes were that I had for breakfast this morning. She has asked me to do a cooking demonstration tomorrow morning :eek::o:o Hope I don't mess it up, it's one thing doing it at home and another in front of a group of people!

Retiredlady - I teach cookery to adults. The thing to remember is they are all on your side and want you to do well and have something tasty at the end (sometimes I do a demonstration of something whilst their dishes are cooking). Double check you have all the ingredients, type up a method and do yourself a list of all the equipment you'll need.

Today i'm having E/E
brekkie - 2 slices of w/toast h/b bacon ,eggs ,tea h/a
dinner - roast chicken , swede , carrots ,potatoes , peas, little gravy (2syn)
rice pudding
supper - chicken stir fry , fruit , yogurt


Can anyone please post the muffin recipe as my daughter won't to make them:rolleyes: :doh: and i can't find it thanks xx
