I am going back on the wagon tomorrow after falling off this week :(

A boy I really like(d) said something really horrible yesterday, said that size 10 is iffy, can only look on on some girls . This put me in a really foul mood and I thought sod men I am going to look the way I want. So i went to ASDA and accidently bought many naughty things..argh. Most things I can just syn, Jaffa cakes etc (which i actually quite like as syns) but I've got other stuff like crumpets and bread in the house now I don't know what I will do with (maybe freeze the crumpets).

I've bought some quorn sausages to try, I am going to make them in a casserole tonight have it with some smash. I think I need to get some quorn mince as well, because I need to think up free meals, as I really need the 2 HEbs/2HEas for cereal and milk, otherwise I find I am STARVING. I can't have fruit for breakfast if I have lectures etc, because I just sit there whining about how hungry I am, and not paying attention!

Anyway, rant over. I will start again tomorrow/tonight (with the healthy dinner) and try and forget about the last week. I'm also going to play squash on monday, and then go to an aerobics class in the week, wish me luck! :T
  • jemma im with u...i have to have cereal in the morning!! have that and take a banana with u...if ur on green or red..why not pack a cheese sandwich (secone hea heb) with u as well....

o wait u use both hea and hebs on cereal and milk in the morning...i like big bowls of cereal and u can have 42grammes of weetabix crunchy bran...the biggest portion...or i have 28g of porridge in heb...which seems a lot if u use all the hea milk (i use 350ml od semi skimmed milk)

and live on pasta and sauce using hea...super scrumm..i sprinkle on some chilli flakes for extra taste..but i know others do all sorts to make it scrumm....

good luck jemma and go kick that idiot in the u know where....

Oh its been a bit of a day for you lot. You could do with a group hug! ((( )))

Its crap when things happen and the last thing you think about is your food, then when you realise you have been eating like something possessed ~ you feel worse!! How many times I have done this........many!

But you can't change what has passed (imagine if we could :) ) so dont dwell on it ~ pull your socks up and look forward now to what you will do tommorow, and how good you will feel when you have got control back.

That works for me - but thats because I am a control freak (as my DH lovingly pointed out to me the other day - bles him. ;) )!

BB my mum has always had gall bladder probs (unil it was removed), and its odd how yours is worse following this plan than eating normally.
Until she had it out she only ate completely fat free stuff - veg and salad and fruit mainly as anything else she was in agony!! She said it was the best diet she ever had. :rotfl: . Its not mch fun though - i hope you get sorted out soon x

I tend to only use one HEb/HEa in the morning - 2 weetabix with milk and then a piece of fruit on top of that.

But then later in the evening I like to have a decent snack, either at about 5pm or 9pm I want another bowl of cereal.

This just isn't possible on EE so I think it is best if I try my best to make vegetarian meals in the evening when I'm on green.

I have to buy a suit next week for a conference I am going to in London, eeek I hope it's a small size!

I went for a 2 mile jog this afternoon and feel really good for it, I'm munching on a lemon hifi bar as I type this and enjoying a cup of tea courtesy of OH.

Considering our somewhat rubbish financial situation I think SW classes (and hifi bars) will have to be stopped for the time being. I simply cant afford it now, which is a shame as I love the friendliness of my local group and being able to access the website is a brilliant little bonus.

    I feel blue.......:(

That is a real shame having to stop going to class, but it is so expensive I completely understand. My uni has just set up a weight watchers group, and they want £72 upfront for people to join for 12 weeks. Can't see that being a success!

I have only just joined class these last few weeks, but I lost over a stone before this going it alone when i didnt have the money to go to class.

I have changed my life about to find the money (getting rid of sky was one thing) but i know that is not always possible.

It is possible to be sucessful doing it at home, I found this thread a godsend when I was not going to class.

Good luck whatever happens, but dont let it get you down.
