Hi folks
Just come out of a meeting and there was a fabulous buffet for lunch - I was gutted!!
But I am so proud of myself I had to share it - I ate loads of cherry tomatoes (the garnish to the pork pies and sarnies), a pile of strawberries (the garnish to the chololate brownies and fudge cakes), a banana and an apple!
Back in my office I have just had 1/2 tub cottage cheese and a bag of Ryvita Minis, wasn't i a good girl? :TYou can stand there and agonize........

Thanks Skint! that could have been dangerous!
You seem to be extremely knowledgeable about all this!
Could you confirm then I could have the Chilli, with Rice and kidney beans and a baked pot later with baked beans and a fry up (All free foods) if I was on EE (Just Milk during day as HEA and 28g cheese HEB for on chilli). Doesn't sound right but I'm sure that's what I'm reading??
Ax
I've been doing it 6 years though I'm still learning too!
yes, thats correct for an EE day! Bizarre but yes it works! Though I am seeing in class EE doesn't suit everyone - they've all stuck to it 100% and some have great losses, and some people don't. I'm sticking with Red & Green for now, with EE thrown in if eating out etc!

Kandi - thats amazing!! Well done you!! I wouldn't have had the strength to resist a sarnie or two though I did manage to resist the Friday McDonalds run today! It just doesn't appeal to me anymore!

another 1lb off this week.
A lot of members were moaning about only losing 1/2lb or a lb this week, and not just new ones either, but Im happy with the overall amount of 10.5lbs so far as by the time I go on holiday it'll be 1.5 stone and Im never hungry.

I think thats what people forget p00! if they want to lose more try Slimfast - but you're always hungry, more likely not to succeed and gain it back very quickly as it doesn't change your eating habits!0

Supermans? :rotfl: Now you've got me wondering!!? Well done on today's class - I'll be so proud of me if I manage to force myself along tomorrow - since that'll be my 4th class this week (Well - provided I make it to step today as well!!) Which is my new target for the next 6 weeks!
Well done on the weight losses p00 and lo-bush!! Great news for the weekend!! I'll be lucky if I manage a STS this week - for some reason I seem to be thinking about sweets/chocolate/biccies all the time!! - which wouldn't be so bad if I left it just at the thinking!
Today's gone ok so far:
b: banana, muller yoghurt (Free,Free)
l: Poached egg and 2 slices WW WM toast with flora extra light (Free, HEB, 1syn)
S: Hi-Fi bar (HEB)
As for the rest of the day - who knows?! But I'm going to the cinema tonight, so staying away from the ice cream will be a big test!!

SC (or if anyone else can help) I was planning to make the lemon merangues for pud tonight and whole way round Mr T's I was thinking ' must get sweetener granulated not powdered' i was humming in this in a wee song so I wouldnt forget. Then ive just came on here and double checked the ingredients and it powdered NOT granulated DOH!
Anyway, id still love to make it but cant get back out, do you think the granulated would work? Its splenda and pretty fine. I dont want to start wasting eggs if it will be horrible.

Hi there - I wonder if anyone would be kind enough to explain syns on Extra Easy please? I'm fine with Original and Green days, but I understand that with EE you can have whichever free foods you like from either plan at each meal as long as you have only one HEA and HEB. So does that mean that syns are calculated at the highest value for the particular food? And does it mean that only superfree foods are free between meals? Hope someone can help as I work away a lot so find it really hard to get to classes regularly. Many thanks.0
