Dinner - Im just about to chuck some stuff in the slow cooker, i have pork loin steaks, small potatoes, onion and carrots im going to pop in a bottle of Magners lite (4 1/2 syns for full bottle, so between 4 = 1syn ish)

Hello
I tried SW last year but I'm afraid I went on holiday to America after 4 x weeks (4 weeks of loosing 10 lbs I might add!). However, when I got back, I was too embarrassed to go and get weighed the 1st week and then, as you can imagine, never returned!
I've joined again and would like to loose about 1.5st. I'm 5'4 and 10st 11 so not too bad but I've let it creep up over the past 4 years and want to put a stop on it.
BUUUUT, I'm very aware that I, and a lot of people, go on diets, loose the weight then put it back on as soon as we start eating normally.
I want to use this diet, almost as a healthy eating class, rather than a diet. I play sports or go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I'd like to know that I will have the odd off week, too much to eat and drink at weekends, but know that I can still go to class and get back on the wagon!
I'd like to follow Extra Easy on quite a few days as it will be easier with my husband
Also, I am sort of putting my husband on this diet loosely, without him knowing!! He'd like to loose weight but doesn't believe in diets so he'll still be havign his Godlen Syrup Oatso Simple in the morning but then will eat a green day without knowing it with no more syns during the week!!
I haven't had any syns as yet as I like to save those for a drink at weekends but I've been looking at what I'd normally cook in the evenings and trying to alter these to be SW. I can do most things but something we both love is Lasagne. Can you tell me, on EE, I'll have Milk during the day in Tea as HEA, probably not have a HEB durign the day. Then to make a HM Lasagne, I need 1 OXO cube (1 Syn), 2 TBSP Tom Puree (1 Syn??) for the bolognaise. Then, can I use 569ml milk (9 Syns), 28g Chedder (HEB) and an EXTRA 28g Chedder (4 syns) to make a cheese sauce? This would mean approx 15 syns for 1 lasagne with 6 portions = 2.5Syns per portion. Eat with SW Chips and salad.
Is that right or am I getting very mixed up? Is there another option for a White Lasagne Sauce?
Also, I've been reading this thread and someone says Tesco reduced Fat Egg Mayo is 0 syns??? How is that when even extra light mayo is 1/2 syn per tbsp?
Lastly, I know that eat smart sausages from Morrisons are free on Red but does anyone know of any Tesco sausages that are free?
I will start to post smaller posts soon but I'm afraid my minds been whirring for 3 days and this is all my queries, spilled out in 1 logn ramble!!!!!!!!!
Any tips, suggestions etc to make this less of a diet (Which I would give up within 2 months) and more healthy eating, gladly received!!

Tesco reduced fat egg mayo has been discontinued I'm afraid. Can't help with the lasagne - I have the same problem! None of tesco sausages are free - Morrisons Eat Smart Pork 8 pack chilled are though (no others of a similar name/frozen).
SW isn't a diet at all so you don't need to make it anything else - it is a healthy eating plan for life as there is nothing you can't have (albeit some of it in moderation!)
Good luck (and welcome!)

Daily eating plan Morning:j Brrrr! It is cold out there, what is the positive side of that? Well for one thing it makes it easier to pick up after Charlie when he goes walkies :rotfl::rotfl:! Sorry, it might be a little early in the morning for toilet jokes!:rotfl:
Back to the serious stuff now, this is what I will be having today:
Breakfast - oats so simple, sliced banana and yogurt (heb, hea, free)
snacks - apples and oranges - free
Lunch - Last nights leftover beef and veg made into a little cottage pie with the left over mash! (all free) :money:
afternoon tea - scan bran cakes - 3 syns
Dinner - Steamed fish with onion, chilli and tomato topping served with rustic chips (free + 3 syns)
late night nibbles - 10 pieces of licorice (just because I like it honest:p)
I would normally have a couple of glasses of wine on Friday nights but I am having an alcohol free week to see if it makes any difference to my weight loss. Even though I syn it I am sure it slows my loss down!
Love
