    I had my 3rd weigh in tonight and lost 2 1/2 lbs taking me to 9 1/2lbs so very pleased. Also got slimmer of the week but always thought that went to the person who had lost the most & that definately wasn't me :confused: Can anyone explain how they do this ?

    You have to lose the most AND have lost the week before (and it used to be you HAD to have stayed to last weeks and this week class but I believe this isn't true anymore). So the person who lost the least this week may not have lost last week - or it may be their first weigh-in (newbies are excluded for their first week!)

    They work it out over this week's loss and last week so it's who lost the most when the 2 weeks are added together. So even if someone lost more than you this week they won't get it if they didn't lose last week.


    Well I had WI and put 1lb on so not very happy but I know I haven't been eating enough and hardly had any fruit or veg. I've decided I'm not doing red days anymore because for some reason I've gone right off meat and fish so been really struggling for meal ideas or not eating meals when they're prepared. I know doing all green days might slow things down but at least I'll be eating plenty :sad:

    l) ham, melon, tin of spaghetti, 2 ryvita (b) & mullerlight
    snack) baked beans and supernoodles
    dinner) quorn sausages, pasta & leftover quorn bolognaise.
    syns: 1 tbsp vlf mayo (1)
