Today I put 3 tablespoons of blueberrys in the oven to cook,
so would this be a syn value , and if so by how much ?
I am on a EE day today and
Tonight I had a lovely meal ......
I put a tin of tuna in brine in a casserole dish , and mixed in a egg cup of milk , cooked leeks, mixed herbs, pepper.
Then topped it with a thick layer of mashed potato.
Then a small sprinkle of mozzerella cheese on top.
Then baked in the oven for 20 mins and it was really very yummy ,
it tasted naughty ,lol.
It was about 1 x A choice .Kindness costs nothing0 -
I have just lost the plot and eaten four Fox's chocolate covered biscuits:rolleyes:. It was a total impulse thing. Oh dear........I guess running through my mind was how I never lost an ounce for denying myself any comfort foods, so I might as well have some. It's freezing tonight.
By some miracle it might just transform into a SS food! Back on the wagon tomorrow.Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

Hi all, after reading this thread I'm going to Slimming World today. I'm not sure what I weigh but am getting really nervous about finding out - 20 minutes to go...
Like all the threads on MSE this one is fantastic and I hope you don't mind me tagging on.0 -

Welcome Miggie. First time I joined SW I could not make head nor tail of it. I think I ate Quorn burgers and potatos every night for a week, such was my confusion. It takes a while to get the hang of it. Good luck tonight. Hope you weigh less than you think!Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

One of my friends used to crush crisps into them, top with cheese, then grill (but I always imagined this wouldn't cook the mushroom!
Anything similar in the SW way?

Cook the mushroom in the oven with some fry light. Pile on some cooked cous cous and top with HEA cheese and grill."Stay Wonky":D

Catt I always beleived mushrooms were anti carceogenic (i cant spell either) I was told that by a chemistry teacher many moons ago, and it always stuck with me, but I may be wrong.
Found this on the web "White Button Mushrooms are not as well researched and there is conflicting reports about whether they help prevent or cause cancer. They do contain a natural carcinogen that cannot be cooked or washed off. These natural toxins are not found in other mushrooms".
I've never heard this before and find it quite worrying. Both myself and my DDs eat them by the pound, both raw and cooked...........perhaps we ought to have a rethink!!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
