Jammygal - I was going to say thats a green day but then I saw the mince! :rotfl: Could you not have meat (bacon?) with your chips and beans? I always think you really need to show your body what day you're on (i.e. several meat moments on a red day not just one slice of ham, several meat/carb mixes on an EE) but maybe thats just me!

Today my DH just bought two 6 packs of Squirrel Crisps

As in actual squirell? :rotfl: Dunno why that seems so shocking - I thought that was just the brand name 'til I saw SC's post!! ;)

You'll have to try them and report back - even just for the novelty value - as not sure I could be convinced to try them! :D

Well I wasn't too sure myself - they could be just the brand! :rotfl:
  • Well, yesterday all went a bit wrong!! I went out for lunch, and abandoned any thoughts of SW and picked my food purely based on what my rumbling belly was shouting out for!! :D

Today's been a bit better, I'm having a rare green day! So far:

    B: Banana, Muller yoghurt
L: Pasta and Sauce (Made with milk as HEA - please tell me the carbonara one is not synned?)
S: 2x WW Choccie Digestive biscuits (OK, so I forgot about these when I said I was doing well - I don't even know what the syn value is - anyone else know?)
d: SW Maca Cheese, 3syns with one HEA?

hhhhmmmm..... need to find some HEB from somewhere!

Didn't make it to the gym as planned last night either! :o BUT - I will have more willpower tonight - if it kills me! ;) I'm planning on fitting in a spin class......

CWM.com - was the Carbonara a Batchelors or Crosse & Blackwell? The Batcherlors one does have low syns, but the C&B is free.

ooooooooooo jus got back from asda and they got a new muller..lemon and passion fruit..i did buy it and will report back...its limited editon...sorry if u already knew about it!!

defo going gym tomorrow to do body attack..which burns like 700kcals and kills u.....

magicbeans - how do you figure out how many Kcals the classes burn? I've been trying to get into the gym recently (it's been a halfhearted effort to say the least!) - but I find I only really stick to going if it's a class I'm going to, but also think that since I dunno how you figure out the calories it's burning, it's making it harder to see what good it's doing? I'm impressed you manage bodyattack - I'm too scared to even try it! I've got it on the to do list for Saturday though! :rotfl:

Thanks SC - dammit - it was the Batchelors one! But I suppose it's only 1/2 a syn, it's not the end of the world! My mum's going back to the class tonight - so i should have the password for myself then! :D

Thanks for checking for me though - you're a wee star! :A

    Hello all

I've not been on for a few days so well done to all you that have had losses this week and good luck to those of you trying hard. I have WI in tonight and hope I've lost, even though I've been good all week I still feel doubtful till I get on the scales :D

Can anyone tell me if you can have Oat So Simple Original as a HEB? I thought I'd read it somewhere but can't find it now so not so sure.

    Thanks
    Chuckie
