    Morning all, im feeling a bit more positive about today, I think its because I stuck to plan yesterday so it makes me want to keep going.
    SC sorry to hear your feeling low, sounds like you might be in with a bug, Keep drinking loads of water though, you'll just have to face going to the loo :cool: Just keep thinking about what you can have for dinner tonight to make up for the yucky skate.

    Today im having EE

    Brekkie - 2 slices of melon, cup of tea (Part HEA) then 3 eggs scrambled eggs, bacon and 2 slices of toast (HEB)

    lunch - left over Penne Arribiata - penne with chicken, mushrooms, bacon, onion, garlic, tin of toms, chilli flakes and tsp of sweet chilli sauce (1/2 syns as is only leftovers)

    afternnon snack - banana, satsuma, cup of tea (part Hea)

    Dinner - chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, mashed tatties and mixed veg (free)(meant to be last nights dinner but got in too late )

    syns - will be having a kit kat with my cuppa later (5 1/2) plus the 1/2 syn for the sweet chilli sauce. Im saving the rest of my syns for the weekend.

    Ive managed to drink 2 litres of water for the last 2 days, so im aiming for that again today.

    Ok, I'm having a 'skint Catt' Moment!:rolleyes:
    I managed to get my weight loss to 4 st before Christmas, put on some over the Christmas New Year period, as you do, and have been working hard to get rid of it since. I've had the odd slip along the way (Do I need to confess those syns?) but was really, really, hoping to have got back to my pre-Christmas weight this week. WI is tonight and, yes I know I shouldn't have done it, I've stepped on my home scales which always used to weigh me slightly heavier (2lbs) than the SW ones. Anyway, they are saying 1.5lb over what I've been trying to get back to........... so minus the 2lb heavier they normally are means that I've done it, yippee :j..................................but now I'm worried because if I go tonight and the SW scales tell a different story I'm going to be doubly depressed because I thought I'd done it, IYSWIM. Why is it self doubt always creeps in on WI day? I know I've worked hard so if I don't get it this week it'll probably be there next week (if Aunty Flo is kind) and does 1 week really matter? Oh I don't even know what I'm saying now! I suppose I'm having a plain old simple wobble ....................feel free to tell me to stop talking nonsense.

    Nic - to be honest I just don't fancy food at the mo - so tonights dinner of chicken breast and stir-fry makes me feel ill! It tastes so bland (don't like soy and don't want to syn anything else) :(

    catt , this was my first week with no loss , so it doesnt look hopefull at the moment. I must have the fat gene !

    :D Thanks catt, I'm sure you have many other 'Claims to fame':D. I'm not really sure if I managed to get across what I meant, If I go tonight and I've managed it I will be feeling very smug and pleased with myself ;) but if I don't I'll be ............... .... devastated ( ok a bit dramatic maybe, but it's the nearest I can get to describing it!) I've still got more to lose, I'm not even in the healthy weight range yet. I'm normally quite good at setting myself and achieving mini targets so I'll be very disappointed with myself if I've not done it.

    Aw, try not to think about it betwwen now and then. I'm far from a decent weight yet, and it's so frustrating I won't even be able to lose a stone now for my birthday :(

    My Birthdays next week, so I don't think I'll be losing a stone between now and then either!

    Oooh! Exciting - birthday time! I've got just under a month, but know it just won't happen regardless of what I try and do.

    Water's back on so I'm able to go to the toilet again! :j
