there are some great lost well done, for thoughs who never sure your hard work will show next week dont give up, and if aunty flows to blame she's such a bad girl but she only stays a while thank goodness :rotfl:

Got no water on our industrial estate today so just been out to Morrisons to get bottled water for the toilets and for cups of tea! Trying not to drink so I don't have to go to the loo before I go home for lunch! Don't feel like my melon or grapes I brought with me. V depressed and got a sore throat which I don't know if its a cold or the horrible skate we had last night!

What's melba toast blueyez? And why is it only 3 syns if you're using bread? Or is it something different?0

I haven't posted on here in awhile, sorry!
Since the beginning of december I have just been going up and down with the weight! But the last couple of weeks I have lost, so I think I am back on track now.
And I am happy to report that I lost 2lbs last night at weigh in! Which means I finally got my 2.5 stone award!!!! I also got joint slimmerof the week AND won the raffle!

I like them better - they are very good for regularity if you get my drift...:o
Scanbran Spice Cake - 4 syns + HEB or 6.5 syns for the whole thing!!!:j
5 Scanbran
2 beaten eggs
2 leve ltbsp mincemeat
2 level tblsp sweetener (or to taste)
1.5 tsp mixed spice ( I use 1tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg)
grated zest of lemon for extra zing (optional)
Soak the scanbran in boiling water to soften, Then drain and mash
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly
Pour the mixture into a microwavable bowl and microwave for around 6 minutes ( I put mine into silicone muffin tin and micro for 4.5 minutes)
When cooked the cake will be springy to the touch and will have pulled away from the side.
Eat plain when cold or top with quark/muller mixture as an icing.
If eaten hot try with low fat custard (1 syn per 2 level tblsp) or try gently heating vanilla muller with a drop of vanilla essence.
