    Evening all :)

I'm not long back from WI and I'm pleased to report I've lost 1lb!!!! I was surprised at that as it's star week, I had a blow out in Pizza Express last weekend and I was ill on Sunday.

I've done mostly EE and red days which I'm thinking are better for me than green at the moment.

Well done to all, losers or otherwise, keep at it guys!

I read a few posts back that someone has signed up for Race for Life, so have I! I also plan to run the whole thing. I know I can do it as I trained last summer to get fit and managed 5k in 36 minutes by August, I lost motivation when I learned to drive and OH was made redundant. I'm damn sure I can beat my PB this time though!

  • Hello all!!

Well I managed to slip in a hobnob biscuit today as my tummy was rumbling in a meeting :o but other than that...

    b)hifi bar
    l) cottage cheese & pease pudding (free, and weird, yes I know!) :D
    d) quorn mince in passatta like bolgnaise, (sp?) served on stir fry veg (SsSsSo many SssSspeed foods I've losSsst count!!!) :A

    snacks - hobnob (3?) hifi bar (b)

    Milk in T&C (a)

Please can anybody inspire me with yummy dinners for red, green or EE? I am starting to feel bored this week and tempted by the chippy :o
