magic - it's only 5k so I could walk that in well under an hour. I am aiming to run the whole thing in less than 30 mins. I think that's achievable. Ask me again in a few weeks!I saw two shooting stars last night

hmmmm....well it is skinless..there is no marinade and i asked if they put oil in their kebab at which the woman sounded really confused on the fone like i was an idiot.... haha...she said no only in the cabbage with lemon juice...so i get it minus the cabbage (which was lush!)

chaos theory...yikes running for 30 minutes...at top gym fitness for me i could run max 10minutes...back down to probably an awesome 2 minutes or 3 before i die..... soooooo need to hit gym again....how far can u run at present?

seriously look for treadmills on ebay...loadsa ppl feel novelty wears of and sell them...hubby refuses to let me sell ours...he will go through phases of using it... well its in garage so i couldnt care less now!! l

Its just taken me an age to read all the posts since yesterday!! wow theres been much chattin goin on
My food plan today was - RED
B - missed it - went for a long walk with the dog instead
L - chicken/bacon sandwich on brown (HEB), half small bag kettle chips (I counted 6 hopefully thats enough)
D - Chicken/Onion omlette
HEA - coffee
HEB - 1 left - prob ryvita or hifis for supper
snacks - muller yog, not had any fruit yet today so might try and squeeze some in later
WELL DONE ANG - what a fab loss for you this week - the valentines challenge is obviously doin what its meant to - keep up the great work.
