I hope you wont mind me sharing this

Looking at the mags in my local blue and white supermarket, I spotted the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitnes mag. Picked it up for a browse and all I can is WOW. Lots of fab recipes, lots of great stories about how much weight people have lost and lots of useful nutritional info on food products.

with a bit of tweaking here and there, any of the recipes could be chopped and changed so they were SW friendly.

Think it will be a regular addition to my basket. :D

  • thanks skintcatt BTW!
  • Realised tha I heaven't shared my menu for today....

EE with 2/3 superfree where possible..

B 0% greek yog with blueberries, blackberries, banana, tea (milk from HA)

...spent the morning digging out a 10ft cordyline in the rain... body magic!! :D:D

L Jacket potato with vlf cottage cheese, sweetcorn, big salad, lettuce, toms, cue, peppers

D lamb shanks slow cooked in tomatoes, veg, spices etc.. served with veg and maybe some mash too ..

.. need a B choice to appear somwhere...

edit.... unless (thinks..) if I call today a green day, then my lamb shank would count as 2 B choices, I will have used my A for milk, and all other food is free on green. Ra!! green day it has become...

No, because only paying class members get the password - the magazine is on general publication.

Thanks for the replies and the advice and sorry I didn't say what day I was on (still not got into the habit of thinking green/red/EE in my head). I've opted for EE so no more HE's for me today.

I have been weighing my cereal so I know how much is a normal portion. I think I need to gen up a bit more on the EE and plan my meals a bit more so I'm absolutely clear on what I can and can't have.

My syns for today will probably be a really nice, cold, glass of white wine with my dinner tonight.

Thank you also for making me feel very welcome.
