Afternoon all, just reading back over the pages.
Angie Well done :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:T:T:T:T:j:j:j a 2lbs loss is fantastic especially so close to your target. you'll get to target and beyond by V day I think.

SC - Im feeling a bit like you today. I have been on track so far today but was naughty last night. I feel guilty as I said i was going to be good, but was feeling really low and had SW chilli with pasta (free) BUT I then had 2 slices of Asda GFY garlic bread, a bottle of red wine (I dont normaly drink through the week but it was calling me :o) then I had 1/4 of a tub of Carte d'or light vanilla with a fun size flake sprinkled on it. Oh yeah I aslo had 3 large potatoes made into chilli SW chips, then an Options Hot choc AND a Boots chocolate stirrer thingy to dip in it :eek::eek:
I feel awful today, just really guilty and a failure.
I have been on track today but my mind is wanderign towards being naughty again.
Coming on here makes me feel better and actaully want to follow it. By reading all your meal plans and recipes Its keeping me a bit more focussed.

So Skint Catt lets try and be good today. Im off to eat some melon, infact I might eat the whole thing. What are you going to have?

For dinner I think Ill have chicken wrapped in bacon, with mash and veggies.

ive already had a 3 egg omlette with ham, mushies and onion for lunch.

Ive got loads of yoghurts to munch and will drink 2 litres of water. I managed to drink that much yesterday.

Afternoon everyone. I just posted this on the DFW thread before I realised that this thread existed.

I've only just started with Slimming World and would really like some advice about my meal plan for the day. I'll be fine once I get into the swing of things but I'm just getting a bit confused about how I count things up so your help would be really be great.

Breakfast - Bitesize shredded wheat and Alpro soya (sweetened milk)
    Mid-morning - banana
Lunch - !!!!-a-leekie soup (made using the recipe on the SW website) and Muller light Raspberry & Cranberry yoghurt.
Dinner - Roast Chicken and sweet roast vegetables (as per recipe on SW website)

Also snacks of 2 clementines, some grapes and a thin wedge of melon.

Do I need to add anything or change anything and would it be possible for me to have some potatoes with my dinner do you think?

Many thanks in advance for any help or advice you can offer.

Yes Mirry that sounds good, its also free if your only using your milk allowance. You could also try mixing in a muller lite at the end, it bulks it our and makes it super creamy, or you might be able to use less milk so you have some for coffee etc. Rice is free on EE as long as your not grinding it down to make a flour.hth

Hi , I am on a EE day today and wondered if this would be ok ?

I make a sort of rice pudding with my milk allowance ,
basically I boil up some basmati rice in water , drain and add the milk and sweetner , nutmeg and fruits.

So I am using only my milk allowance.

Do you think this is allowed ?

    sorry for so many questions.

    Hi Lelc and welcome :hello:

Can I ask first what kind of day you are following? It looks like a red day or could also be EE

If its red then you can have your Potatoes as your other heb (healthy extra b)
you also need to have another hea (assuming your soya milk is one hea)

If you are having an Extra easy day, then you can have your potatoes for free but dont have anymore healthy extras.

I hope that makes sense, I dont want to confuse you. Just ask away and we'll try out best to answer.

you also should have between 5-15 syns

edit - I assumed the soup was free sorry, as SC said if you let us know what weight of cereal you had and syn value of soup.

They're still perfectly edible! As long as they haven't been in your bag or out of the fridge there's nothing wrong with them. I've just finished eating Mullers which had the date 31 Dec
  • Could someone please tell me this weeks password please?

    Many Thanks
