    afternoon :)

Feeling really positive today, although I really don't know why - feel very smiley and 'buzzy'!

    Anyway, food for today:

    b: mullerlight
l: pasta n sauce with skimmed milk and mozzarella (2 x HE)
d: HM egg fried rice with oyster sauce (2 syns)

OH is going to be late tonight, which suits me, I can just have comfort food and he canhave the leftover casserole from last night when he gets in.

Weigh in number 4 tomorrow. Don't feel as 'stodgy' as I did yesterday so i'm hoping that it will be a loss rather than my predicted maintain. However, whatever the outcome, it will be fine and I'll just keep going.

    Afternoon all

yes thank you angie. fab post and lots of ideas. I have a BNS hiding in the bottom of my fridge so before it grows little legs and tries to run away, i might make a soup with it :D

Its been a strange old day in the Flat Eric house :o

I have been waiting all day for DHL to collect a parcel  and I am getting bored now.

Today is my (reduced hours) day off but news from work is not good. There has been a meeting and they are looking to make 2 to 5 people redundant and want volunteers. There is a letter on my desk apparently (flat eric tries to do a harry potter and teleport herself to work, read letter and teleport herself back home. Hmmm didnt work!)

I can only guess that the letter says what I have been told by one of my colleagues. It seems if no volunteers are forthcoming then compulsory redundancies will be made.

I wont be volunteering for redundancy but if it happens then so be it and if it does, then it will be time to follow my heart and do something a bit different but we will see what happens.

IN other news, my sw day is going quite well and here is my menu. I am following extra easy.

    Breakfast:
    Hi fi bar (HEB)
followed by bacon (Free), scrammbled eggs (superfree) and heinz mean beanz mexican (free)

    Lunch
4 small jacket spuds served with unmeasured ham, 28g cheese and baby spring onions and 10ml sweet chilli sauce (1 syn)

Tea is: Jacket chips, gammon steak and fresh pineapple.

Pudding will be more pineapple (might warm the pineapple up) and serve with low fat fromage frais and a sprinkling of nutmeg/cinamon.

Drinks include : diet lemonade / black coffee
Have a good afternoon everyone :D

Except the offer price is 4 for £1.50 (the individual ticket price says 54p or similar now) but before the offer they were 34p each! So the offer is ripping you off! The offer will finish soon - then you can stock up!
