Hi Lelc and welcome :hello:
Can I ask first what kind of day you are following? It looks like a red day or could also be EE
If its red then you can have your Potatoes as your other heb (healthy extra b)
you also need to have another hea (assuming your soya milk is one hea)
If you are having an Extra easy day, then you can have your potatoes for free (but dont have anymore healthy extras.) don't understand , i thought you could still have 1 h/b , am i doing something wrong
I hope that makes sense, I dont want to confuse you. Just ask away and we'll try out best to answer.
you also should have between 5-15 syns
edit - I assumed the soup was free sorry, as SC said if you let us know what weight of cereal you had and syn value of soup.
I thought on a E/E , you could use 1 h/a on milk and 1 h/b on bread or cereal
and lean meat , pasta , wholemeal rice , fish was all free to mix together.0 -

Lol, to be honest if you think about it if you were doing red and green all last year, but having too much meat on a green or carbs on a red, then it was just EE and it shouldn't have affected your weightloss! :rotfl:0

I hate wenesday as i have to go over 24 hours before i can go to bed , so my body clock go's all over the place and my eating too .
I still stick to my diet but tonight i'll be still having something to eat about 12.30 to 1 in the morning from the staff canteen , jacket beans or fruit & yogurt , or what ever i bring in , so i'm eating all day and at night .
Then when i get to bed at 9 i don't eat until 3 when i get up , thats brekkie , for three nights i do this , then its back to normal , peachy xx0 -
Forgot to say im doing EE.
Dont you just hate it when you think you have loads of yoghurts and a pack of 4 were out of date on the 23rd!!! im so dissapointed, not only for wasting money, but I was looking forward to them.Bum

joining date 16.11.07 i've got my 3 1/2 stone sticker but with xmas and the naughty person i was, i put on up to the lead up as well as 8lbweighing after christmas on the 2 jan
but lost 7lb the following weekat the moment ive got 3st 4lb lost nearly got my 3 1/2 stone back
i started off doing red then went red/green/red/green now i do nealry all green days i have meat all the time just use my he.everyone is wonderfull well all most :A0 -
Thanks blueeyez - I thought it was you that had lost a lot. I've been doing SW since the August before you but have only lost 2stone - I was told it was because you don't lose so much on green days (I LURVE my green days!)
so I wondered how you'd found it. I'm being superfoody this week, will do a whole week of EE next week, then a week of red. If I don't lose, I'm applying for a gastric band although as Slimfast doesn't even work on me I think I'll just opt for Euthenasia!

hey all!!
GREEN DAY
porridge (part hea) with milk (part heb)
scan bran (part heb)
pasta sauce with milk (part hea)
apples
watermelon
jacket with beans and cheese (hea2)
chicken kebab (chicken = heb2) and pitta at 7.5syns
possibly a skinny cow (3.5 syns)
1 syn of chewing gum
scan bran to randomly minch on..those things are alright actually!! .5 syn
so thats a total of 12.5 syns
weigh day tomorrow....thinking if i allowed to chicken kebab and went to bed super early id get a lower weight in the morning ( i weigh at home as am online!)...but then thats just cheating!0 -

i can understand what your staying i here other members always say they cant eat bread every day or have much potatoes think am just that bit lucky that way cause i eat bread nearly every day, i guess as where all different then i surpose it would stand to reason that not all food agree with everyone and some times makes it a little harder to get us where we want but your going the right way and what you've already lost deserves a pat on the back. on green i do loads cooked dinner sw roasties ( i love roasties) mushy peas and load veg as most are speed. and quorn mince only cant stand any of the other things in quorn i use it for speed food.everyone is wonderfull well all most :A0
