HEB = 28g porridge + scan bran - nowhere near as exciting sadly, but just for the fibre intake. A hifi is a B choice/6 syns on its own....0 -

Hi :j
Last night I had chicken breast stuffed with an extra light laughing cow, italian herbs and sundried tomatos (syns...) and wrapped in lean bacon... mmm, was good. Laughing cow works well because other cheeses melt better and ooze out too much, but laughing cow melts without escaping. I bake them in the over, but cover them with foil until the last ten minutes otherwise the bacon goes hard.
:T :T :T :T
Thanks for the great tip. I eat loads of chicken and often look for different things to put with it.
I will be trying this very soon.0 -

I was just doing the washing up, and was wondering how your meal planning was going, then I come back to read this post ... oooh spooky
I am just starving today - so I am picking at the grapes, and just hat a mug of chicken bovril - that was surprisingly tasty, and hopefully wii fend off the hunger pangs til lunch ... today I am having an EE day - just with 2/3 superfree.. that is my mantra til valentines - 2/3 superfree everyday where possible.
I have a superfree breakfast every day. 0% total yog topped with fruit (handful of blueberries and handful of blackberries and a banana this morning) with a sprinkle of splenda. Very quick and easy if you have the bits in...
Superfree lunches - you could make a batch of soup and have it for a few days - being superfree it would be good to 'snack' on if you get peckish..
superfree soups:
BNS
tomato and veg - tin of toms with whatever veg to hand.. blitzed or left chunky
french onion - very slow cook lots of onions, beef bovril
carrot and coriander
broccoli
cauliflower (just cauli and stock blitzed - very thick and creamy, could add curry powder for interest)
mushroom soup with ff fromage frais for creaminess
asian spicy soups are good, and you can put all sorts of veg in those..
I made a yummy fennel soup - roasting fennel then simmering with stock, adding milk and blitxing.
actually many veg are good roasted and souped..
Other superfree lunches:
salads obviously, use as wide a variety of salad veg as you can find - lettuce, diff leaves, toms, cue, celery, peppers, radishes, beansprouts etc..
you could also try adding melon
egg salad is good
buy the big bags of stir fry mix veg - and stir fry! quick and easy, add extra mush/peppers whatever, and just use soy
omlettes are superfree
- herb omlette
-mushroom omlette
-tomato omlette is very tasty
roasted vegetables
you could make celeriac chips and have with eggs
Superfree Meals
BNS mash with quorn sausages
quorn cottage pie with veg topping
bigger stir fry witha B choice of meat or prawns
vegi curry
tuna (B choice) nicoise salad, green beans, hard boiled eggs etc
don't know what this is called but - make a tin of tomatoes spicy and add chunky veg. Bake in the oven, then near the end of the cooking time you add an egg in the top. very yummy
quorn 'meatball' tagine (similar to above but using moroccan spicing and adding quornballs, bake then add egg at end
vegi fajita with lettuce wraps
does that help!??0
