    Evening all!

At last I get to relax, my OH has just had me practising reverse bay parking for an hour uphill in the rain! my knee is aching now and I'm gagging for a cuppa!

    I've done EE again today....

B - Weetabix and VLF yoghurt
L - Left over spag bol from last nights tea
D - Chicken wrapped in bacon and stuffed with mushrooms served with roasted leeks and potato wedges (man that was fit!)
Syns - a cadbury cake bar and a hifi bar plus a custard cream
I had milk in my tea too as HEa

It's WI tomorrow and though I'd like to lose something I wont be surprised if I dont as I was a bit rough on Sunday and my aunty is here for the week (if you know what I mean?! lol)

Good luck with WI this week all and well done to all the losers!

    Hi all,
Ive had a dodgy day today, meals went as follows

    B - Pear/banana
L - hm bean & veg soup (1/2 syn), muller
D - left over stirfry and rice

snacks - this is the dodgy bit - a cookie and amaretto biscuit at work (approx 6 syns), mini eggs (am allowing 9 syns)

    HEA - milk

I have had all mysyns for today and still had no HEB's so gotta squeeze a Hifi and some ryvita fruit crunch in before bed time.

Tomorro is shoppin day so will stock up and veg and fruit and replace the mullers Ive got through this week. Also got a long dog walk planned so that might help :o

PS - Thanks for the password for this week - will make sure I check again next week!!

I am thrilled to report that tonight I have lost 2lb!! OMG I am still in shock :D

So, considering all the sage advice that has been passed through this wonderful support forum, I (think) I am going to keep going until one of the following happens:

    a. I hit my original ideal target :rotfl: or
    b. It is the weigh in before valentines night.

whichever happens first (most likely b :rotfl: :rotfl: )

So, the motivation that I have had from my valentines challenge will continue for 2 more weeks, and I am just going to go for the best I can achieve!!!

Weigh in tonight for me and I can report a stay the same. (slight pause while Flat Eric has a tantrum :rotfl:) seriously though Im quite happy with that because it wasnt a gain and yesterday I lost the plot completely and munched munched munched. Incidentally did I tell you how I purchased jacobs high fibre crackers thinking they would be "healthier" than the "normal" jacobs only to find they were 2.5 syns each compared to the standard jacobs crackers which are only 1.5. syns each. I was horrified  4 crackers had been munched before I checked the syn value  so before I dug out the cheese and the rest of the crackers and ate about a month's syns in one evening, I threw them in the bin!

I can also report that I have changed my target on my weigh in sheet so I feel really motivated again. Just 6 1/2 pounds to lose :j till target I know this week will be difficult because its my anniversary so a nice meal out on Saturday followed by a lovely homemade (SW) curry on Sunday evening served with not very friendly poppadums and naan bread and followed by a very unfriendly banoffee pie and clotted cream:eek:! Monday we are going out on a day trip somewhere so no doubt lunch out to finish the celebrations off :D

Its my aim to stick to the plan 110% eitherside and will be my plan come weigh in next week to really get cracking and get those 6.5 pounds off. Now i have set my target to a more realistic amount, I cant wait to get going because I know I can achieve it and I know I will be less likely to self sabotage
Will get back to posting my menus tomorrow as im sure you dont want to hear how my cat decided that I didnt have enough free food on my plate yesterday evening and decided to bring me a mouse to enjoy

Me too! STS and had a mini strop, but wasn't entirely unexpeced after consuming *cough cough* about 80 syns in one evening

Still, 4 flipping times to the gym, and sunday night I worked the hardest I had ever worked, burning a whopping 500 calories! Normally I'm pleased if I can manage 200!

Yes, yes I should be pleased I stayed the same mutter mutter and it is star week too mutter mutter :o:p

I'm having the most amazing dinner tonight. Caneloni tubes (Aldi, 79p) filled with tiny chopped up chicken, onion and mixed frozen peppers with fajita seasonin (5 1/2 syns for whole packet, old el passo) and covered in a passatta based sauce with HEa cheese on top - MASSIVE yummy!! :T
  • Help!!

TOTALLY fed up! Been sticking to the diet all week and not many syns and I only lost 1/2 a lb!!! Doesn't seem to be much point if all I can do is 1/2lb when I have quite a few stone to lose!
    Lost 2 stone 12.5lbs since February 2011. :j
