    Recipe suggestions as follows
    Green
    85g Ham (HEB), jacket chips (Free) and fried eggs (superfree)
    Quorn cracked black pepper fillet (superfree), jacket chips (free) and beans (Free)


    Red
    Steak (free), roasted veg (free) and HEB jacket
    roast meat of choice, HEB of jacket or 198g of new potatoes roasted served with veg of choice (excluding peas, sweetcorn and parsnips)


    Extra Easy
    Gammon steak (free), jacket chips (free), fresh pineapple (superfree) and sweetcorn (free)
    steak, jacket chips
    lean Pork steaks (free) marinated in lemon juice and other spices (cumin, paprika, chilli flakes) served on a bed of roasted vegetables (peppers, leeks, onions)(free) and rice (loose rice cooked in the pan with a couple of cloves (remove before eating) (free as extra easy)
    home made burger, home made tomato relish (dont ask me for a recipe!) jacket chips
    beef madras curry from curry feast cookbook (free), rice (free), home made onion sw bhajis (1 syn each)

    hmmm run out of ideas now :confused:

    The egg was but I believe its changed int he last two weeks.
    No idea on the sausage? Maybe they use the free chilled pork ones! :confused:

    Morrisons chilled eat smart pork sausages are lovely and ZERO syns!

    Tried to syn the kettle crisps i had for lunch at an O'briens coffee shop but they arent listed on the website so I cant calculate using the online calculator so I used a similar product that I found on the web!! hope Im not too far out, anyway, night all,
    Off to have my Hifi and a coffee xx See you all tomorra.

  • I actually had something very similar to this the other day... DH looked at it and thought I had stopped doing SW!!;)

    although I used wholemeal bread, you could easily use the white bread (is it nimble or weightwatchers??) which is a HB..

    I made a fantastic brunch sarnie of:

    Tesco rf egg mayo from the chiller cabinet (free)
    cooked sliced morrisons sausages (free)
    bacon (lean, fat trimmed - free)

    and I added sliced tomato, but I can see the cheese fitting in as an A choice.... don't need spread/butter as you have the egg mayo..

    ... did I mention that it was ZERO SYNS and fantastic for brunch?? :T

    think I'll have some good meals this week now - I'm sooo doing the above with proper white bread (12 syns? I can live with that), macaroni cheese and some wedgey type stuff that flat eric suggested!
