hahahaha marion!!!! mange tout in the dishwasher!!!

i couldnt live wothout my dishwasher....the mange tout yes...the dishwasher no!! hehe

Funny enough I thought that when it first broke down. But couldn't afford to get it fixed to just unplugged it and started washing up by hand. I wash as I go and since I automatically wipe the counters down everytime I do dishes, my kitchen is all of a sudden much tidier then is used to be! Plus I never run out of mugs or whatever cause they are in the dishwasher (waiting for it to be full before turning in on) plus I am saving on electricity, I am getting more exercise:oand I have a nice big storage containter for my fruit, veg and eggs!:T:D

It has only been a couple of weeks but am considering not getting it repaired at all!

    Love

  • For me today:

    b: banana
l: leftover chilli and rice with mozzarella on (2x HE's)
d: steak and kidney casserole with potato, carrot, leeks, peas.

Will probably have a couple of choccy mullers as the day progresses.

Had to go to a meeting this morning and ate 4 choccy digestives.........don't have the current password (;) )so not sure of the syns in them, but i'm pretty certain it's 15 (or over!) in total!

Well after being disappointed at my 1st weight in last week I was definitely impressed this week because I lost
    6lb :j :j :j

So I got my half stone award (lost 2lb week before) and I also got Slimmer of the Week, never had that before :D

I have been struggling for meal ideas because I'm getting tired with my ME and don't have the energy to cook but I got a boost at weigh in so will read the pages I've missed on here this week and get organised :D

I must get some pudding rice........I thought I had some but it seems not........I do have a box of arborio rice, wonder if that would work as it's a similar kind of texture........

Yesterday went as planned, well, I had one blip! :o I decided to have a cheese salad sandwich for supper thinking I had a HEB and a HEA left then realised I'd used the A at tea time  so I added the cheese to my syns......I'd already had a G&T so that bumped it up a bit. Never mind I'll catch up in the week.

    Today's plan:-
B - Eggy bread with mushrooms and tomatoes
    L - Jacket and beans
T - Cauli cheese (recipe from the mag) with wedges
Snacks - Yoghurts and I might make some tortilla chips with lasagne sheets.
