Have a good day - I will be lurking as always!:DSW Convert - started 20/09/09 -3 Stone to lose!!
So far lost 11 1/2lbs :j0 -
hey everyone!! (gals and GUYS!!)
well done on all ur losses.....yay.
BB pasta and sauce is 3 for £2 in asda if that makes it a bit cheaper?
nic we all need a blowout here and there...u obvioulsy have done amazingly well to fit bith legs into a size 12 (one leg would be a squeeze for my fat !!!!!)..have ur blowout....chances are by the end of the day u will be gagging to get back on the plan.... and start next day fresh...dont know what others think of this but that's my 2 pence..or whateva!!
today:
B: hea and heb (cereal and milk)
snack: banana
lunch: spud with beans
snack: watermelon (pre cut for lazy ppl like me in asda)
dinner: SW chips and chicken chargrill (3.5syns) and ketcup I(syn) and mixed veggies
and probably a pasta and sauce somewhere along the line.... im a hungry person!!0 -
actually im thinking if i make it into a greedn day i can have an extra hea? u see the chargrill is 3 syns actually on a red but 7.5 syns on a green.... but its only 95gramm of chicken..so well within the 113g allowance of a heb? i syn the toppings and added stuff..ie take the red value of 3 (not 3.5 as stated previously in my post) then i can have a mug of milk and nesquik (3yns) at night...scrummmmmm!!0

Morning everyone and well done to everyone whos losing.
Im away to the farm shop for some chicken breasts this afternoon and recall people talking about stuffing them and wrapping them and putting them in the oven. I remember thinking they sounded lovely but have forgotten the specifics, can anyone fill me in so I can try them for tea please.
Thanks a lot.0 -
Hello :hello: Have you got room for a (not so) little one?
I've lost weight loads of times with SW, I think it's a really good plan but this tiome (apart from keeping it off) I'm not going back to class.
a) I can't afford it and b) my lovely consultant has given up and I do not like the new girl at all
So I've started again this morning, I need to lose a stone  but would love to continue and lose a stone and a half
Brekkie was a mushroom omlette with a slice of wholemeal toast, I've just had some fruit and a far free Activia - they are ok aren't they?
Lunch will be a jacket and beans and I'm making egg florentine with SW wedges for tea.
I'll save my other B choice until tonight when I might have a slice of toast for supper.
Edit: Should have said I only do Green days as I'm veggie!0 -

Hi :j
Last night I had chicken breast stuffed with an extra light laughing cow, italian herbs and sundried tomatos (syns...) and wrapped in lean bacon... mmm, was good. Laughing cow works well because other cheeses melt better and ooze out too much, but laughing cow melts without escaping. I bake them in the over, but cover them with foil until the last ten minutes otherwise the bacon goes hard.0 -
