Liz3yy, I'm not giving advice, but are you always thirsty? Or peeing a lot? My OH was diagnosed type 2 diabetic late last year, and once the shock had worn off, it's back to life as normal - he's not on tablets or insulin as its just diet controlled - and strangely enough the SW eating regime is perfect for it! Please don't worry about it - it could just be the time of year - my energy levels sink dramatically when the clocks go back and its dark, then I bounce out of bed in the morning as soon as they go forward!

I take iron tablets (folic acid as I heard lack of can inhibit weight loss) now as my iron does drop occasionally and has almost stopped me donating blood once or twice - I find if I have had a few meals without veggies (i.e. lots of pastas, chillis, curries in a row) then I crave green veg which shows my iron is low.

Hi Skint, I actually do have to drink alot as I am always thirsty. I have to carry a bottle of water with me everywhere I go otherwise if I get too thirsty I end up very grumpy and shouting at the OH! most nights I have to get up at least once to visit the bathroom too.... oh well theres little point in worrying about it till I see my doctor on Monday. If it is what I think it is then I'll just have to deal with it, keep your fingers crossed for me!
